Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks, Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and professional baseball spring training central location.

  We got there Sunday evening and the property was exactly what I sawing the pictures. We needed a place at the last minute so I booked it and received a call back right away. It's really close to the beach and park for my kids. We were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely use this beach house again.

  We flew in on Friday and enjoyed 3 great beach days before flying out early Monday morning. The house was a bit more than a 5 minute walk to the beach however, that was overcome by the privacy of the house and the quietness of the surrounding neighborhood. Everyone we met while in Indian Rocks was very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and not as crowded as when we drove up to Clearwater beach during the weekend.

  We had a group of 6 friends from different states in need of a summer vacation. This house was perfect! The house was a close walk to the beach, and a short drive to grocery/restaurants, etc. The rooms were spacious enough and we had everything we needed for the week!

  This cottage exceeded my expectations! The decor was adorable! The size was large than I thought it would be. It seemed like we were in key west!French bakery up the road,store close by,Keegan's and Guppies were fantastic as usual,a true "beach cottage"! I wish I could live there! Alan is the best to deal with for renting and I know I drove him crazy with changes but he worked with me and did his majic as usual! He's the best!Amanda checked with us to follow up on our arrival too. I have rented from Beachhousefl many times and have always had a great vacation with them. Any issues were taken care of and the properties have always been better than online! Thanks again Beachhouse!
