This is the second family vacation we have had at Tropical Dreams and plan for another! It is spacious, well maintained, clean, beautiful and comfortable--a perfect getaway for our three families. The kitchen and game room were very well equipped. The private pool was steps from the back entry and the amazing white sandy beach beyond extended as far as the eye could see. Family enjoyed runs on the beach every morning. We had four grandchildren with us and they spent hours wading, building forts and castles and collecting their stashes of seashells. Location is ideal and close to shopping, activities (jet ski, parasailing, Busch Gardens,) a variety of restaurants, and points of interest. A visit to the Kennedy Space Center was also a reasonable distance for a day visit.

This home exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the website do not accurately reflect the space, it is much better than portrayed. Having a pool onsite was terrific for the whole family. While we enjoyed walking on the quiet beach, the pool was enjoyed even more than the surf. The linens and bathrooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had more than enough space for 11 of us to enjoy the holiday together yet still have some privacy given the layout of the house. The property management team were very accessible for our questions. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. After two days at Disney, this beach front rental was a welcome oasis!

We just returned from this cocoon of paradise. Our large crowd of 13 had plenty of space. The house has wonderful gathering areas for a large crowds both inside and outside, but also plenty of areas for privacy as well.. The extra kitchen upstairs helped with cooking for a large group. We loved the house and location so much we never even went out to eat. The pool was lovely and the beach was paradise from the brick patio and sturdy chairs. Sunsets from this patio were heavenly. What a blessing it was to spend a week here! Allan was awesome with any questions we had. Very responsive and helpful.

I recently rented the Tropical Dreams home in Redington Beach for a family vacation. The whole family enjoyed the week. The home was as advertised, and the location was great for us. The home has spacious rooms where the whole group could spend time together, and yet some areas were separate enough to allow for privacy. We found just about everything we needed.
The pool was absolutely beautiful and we were lucky to have perfect weather the whole time. The beach was clean and quiet, but we were still close enough to popular areas with many activities for all ages. I would highly recommend the home and the service provided by Alan .

My family (6 adults, 4 children) planned this vacation for over a year and we were so ready for a great experience. This amazing beachhouse far exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for everyone. Just steps away, the beach was wonderful for strolling the shoreline, gathering shells, digging and creating forts in the sand, or just relaxing. Trash on the beach was nonexistent. The grandkids also loved playing in the heated pool and pool accessories are provided. Runners in the family enjoyed morning runs to the piers. The sleeping accomodations were perfect and each of the three families had their own space--a second floor independent living space with two bedrooms (queen bed and two twins,) first floor master with queen bed and another bedroom with two twin beds connected to the master by a beautiful full bathroom, and another bedroom with queen bed adjoining a den with pullout. The great room had a beautiful fireplace and adequate lounging for everyone. Location was perfect, within easy driving distance of restaurants, a wide variety of activities and shopping. Management returned phone calls right away and was most helpful. Only concern? A week is not enough! We shall return!

This house has a lot to offer. The house has all the amenities you will need, down to the beach toys. The pool is wonderful. There was 10 of us from the age of 55-1. Three families, everybody had their own space. It is great for private beach and private stay. The beach is not as pretty as Clearwater, but good. Location is good, close to john's pass and about 25 minutes from Clearwater. Great resturants close by. I would recommend this house if you want a private beach experience.

This home made all of our dreams come true. There was so much room in the home that it was easy to sneak away from the group and take a little siesta or we could all congregate in one area for a nice big family style meal. About half of our group enjoyed sitting in the a/c watching TV during the day while the other 1/2 spent the majority of their day in the pool. With different cultures in our group, it was great to have the downstairs oven going with spanish pork shoulder while the upstairs air was filled with the sweet aroma of rum cake. Of course, we have a few suggestions for improvement, but they are minor (a larger TV in the living room would be nice and the pool should have been cool/hot tub should have been hot) and in no way took away from the wonderful time we had in Redington Beach.

  • Manager Responded on 9/8/2014

Great to hear that we had another guest love the tropical Dreams home! Thank you for the suggestions and we will take them into consideration. In regards to the pool, during the Summer the sun can easily put the pool temps above 90 which will feel very warm.

We had a great time again at this Tropical Dreams beach home. Location is great, private yet close to local attractions for diverse activities and rainy days. The pool was great and very necessary and beach was beautiful. We enjoy the spacious bedrooms, 3 king beds(!), and plenty of living and sleeping space for kids and grandkids, including places for games and quiet times. The property mgmt was responsive and helpful. We recommend the icemaker in the bar area be repaired and invest in updated sliding glass door handles to improve ease and efficiency for opening and closing, especially in the summer. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

This house was just what we were looking for! Good sized pool, just outside, with the beach just beyond that. Beach here is beautiful, very quiet, almost private! Plenty of pool towels and beach chairs, large paver patio, big propane grill, well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms and plenty of baths. Close to nice restaurants and supermarket. Though there is plenty to do in the area, there was no need to go anywhere with the beach right there! Just a great time for our whole family. We would love to stay there again!

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 children and their spouses and our 2 grandchildren. It was a great location right on the beach not a lot of people around which was nice. The house offers lots of privacy for 10 (or more) and the individual quarters helps each family feel like they have their own house but yet the dining room table was large enough for all of us to eat together. The pool was great, large and right next to the beach! Great sunsets! The staff at were friendly and helpful... We enjoyed our stay at Tropical dreams!

We had a fantastic time at this beach house! Nancy was superb to work with and always got back to me very quickly to answer any questions I had. We had 14 guests ranging in age from 2 months to 68 years, and everyone could either hang out together very comfortably or retreat to their own space. The house was very well stocked in the kitchen, bedrooms and bath/beach towel departments, and whatever else you needed you could get at the Publix grocery store just a couple minutes away. We found we needed laundry detergent, aluminum foil and trash bags. The pool was absolutely wonderful and the location on the beach was awesome! We did have a couple minor maintenance issues and questions during our stay and found that the on-line contact procedures for the maintenance team didn't work, so would suggest calling instead. Overall we had a great time and want to go back! Would definitely recommend!

The house is great. The location simply cannot be beat. Absolute best feature is a fantastic patio/pool/hot tub right on the beach. Pool is heated and lit so you can pass the time in the water both day and night. The central living area is also very nice with an updated kitchen and a nice TV/gathering area. There were plenty of rooms for sleeping. The bedrooms were not fancy and a bit out of date (with the exception of a nicely updated master suite) but honestly it didn't matter. We were there for the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property is in an excellent location, nearby grocery shopping, directly on the beach with convenient floor plan and plenty of room for our weeklong family retreat. It allowed for privacy and quiet locations for sleeping babies, and 3 family rooms for older kids and adults! The pool and beach proximity were close and loved the beachtowel- bin sitting area just in from the pool. Even during brief summer rain showers, or when we just wanted to get away from the sun, there was plenty to do indoors in the playrooms or nearby Clearwater Marina. We suggest checking the balance of pool water mid-week during the summer, esp after couple of days of noon rains though. Nancy and staff and crew again delivered for us. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this home!

I cannot begin to express how happy we were with this home. From the layout to the location to the unbeleivable pool and beach. With three "family rooms" in addition to the main living areas there was ample space for every family to have their private space at the end of the day. This home is perfectly located and the beach is beautiful and uncrowed. Kids can have a great time without concern for disturbing other guests which equals ADULTS having a great time! The staff was very easy to work with and was very accommodating to our special requests. We will definately be back and I have already recommended this home to many people. The home is luxury withoutn being is COMFORTABLE in every respect. 100% satisfied!

We rented tropical dreams villa for a one week family vacation on June 18, 2011. We loved everything about the house: great amenities like to pool, jukebox, huge master bathroom and workout room. The beach was awesome as can be and uncrowded. My only complaint would be the cleaning crew coming in early on Saturday and making us feel rushed to leave. I did not appreciate the cleaning crew manager walking in on me while I was on the toilet! Otherwise, we totally enjoyed the house.

We have made the cleaning crew aware abd appologize for any inconvience! Glad you had fun and hope you will be back soon.

Definitely would return! Home is very open and roomy for larger groups. Having a pool and a very quiet beautiful beach right out your backdoor was the ticket. Only 4 issues we felt needed mentioning: the landscaping was not kept up; home needed some painting and updating; hot tub did not work; and kitchen
utensils/pot/pans need to be replaced. Nancy at Beachhouse FL was great to work with and appreciate all her help. Thanks again for a great family vacation!

Thanks for the feedback. We have addressed these issues and look forward to serving your group again in the future.

Wonderful week. Accommodations nice & comforatable to enjoy by 15 people in our group. Pool & beach are ideal!

•

• Absolutely gorgeous property with a vast amount of room for our entire group of seven, privacy when we needed it but great social areas to get together. Pool area and beach were 5 stars.

Wow, this is the real thing. Huge, beautiful property right on the beach. We couldn't get the kids out of the oceanfront pool. It was nice that we could see them from the kitchen while getting lunch or snacks ready. Everything was perfect.

Very spacious house with a wonderful pool/paito setting right on the beach. Had an issue with the A/C but the property manager was very responsive. Would recommend the home to anyone with a large group.

Trevor W from Spruce Grove, Alberta recommends this vacation rental

The beach house was an ideal location and size for our family gathering. There was plenty of room for the three families, 10 in total. We enjoyed numerous activities and restaurants, all within a short drive. The house is a perfect refuge after a long day touring around Busch Gardens or a day of kayaking at Weeki Wachee Springs. It was also stocked with enough games and alternatives to keep the kids busy playing on days when the weather was less than idyllic. Around the beach house we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, air hockey, fishing, skim boarding, collecting shells, walking on the beach, sand castle construction, kite flying, music on the jukebox, late night movies and watching the dolphins play just off shore in the early morning while enjoying a cup of tea. This house is stocked with all the appliances and amenities required to make it a home away from home. We highly recommend this location.

Special thanks to Alan from for his assistance during the reservation process.

We loved the house, the beach, the pool the hot tub! The house has plenty of space, the updated kitchen was fabulous, and the view was perfect. The only minor issues we had was the back of the house smelled musty, and there never seemed to be enough hot water.

Tropical Dreams is an awesome beach home. The furnishings reminded me of an upscale beach cottage. My teenage sons loved the house... from the jukebox, air hockey table, and "movie room", to the excellent location...right on the beach. We live locally and were lucky this house was available for our long weekend. We have will definitely stay here again!!

We were able to sleep 18 people very comfortably. The house was spacious with a large kitchen. The best part was the pool for the kids. When they were bored with the pool they went into the ocean. Great set up. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. It felt like home. It's a great working kitchen. We especially enjoyed the pool and private beach. Providing toilet paper and kleenex would have been helpful.
