The whole experience was easy and comfortable. The house was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. We had trouble with the pool heater but the property managers were very quick to respond and got the pool heater working within an hour of the call. It was absolutely wonderful and everyone had a great time. We were traveling with a baby and they provided a pack-n-play as well as a high chair. We really couldn't have asked for a better home for our vacation!

Had 11 people meet in Clearwater to celebrate a 40th birthday and this house worked out perfectly. Close to the beach, a park and restaurants. Pool and hot tub onsite to enjoy when just hanging around the house. Alan was very helpful during the booking process and when we discovered a crack in the coffee pot he had a new one to the house within a couple of hours. For a larger group you can't beat the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths this house offers. Everyone left very happy with the accommodations after having a great vacation.

I was visiting Clearwater Beach Florida with my sisters, cousins, mom and grandma to celebrate my sister's bridal shower. The house was comfortably able to sleep the 12 people we had and no-one ever felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were an awesome bonus and we were SUPER close to downtown so getting around was very easy. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again.

This home is a large and comfortable escape, just blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches!

We were 8 women staying in town over a long weekend. The main home was clean with a great layout and there was a side room that included three beds and a private bath off the front porch. We felt slightly separate at times, but it worked out for us!

Pool and hot tub were great and secluded from neighbors. We used them daily and found them to be fully functional.

Kitchen and bathrooms are not stocked with amenities so plan to pack toiletries, paper products, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc. or purchase before you arrive.

Area is off the beaten path from the beach but close to great restaurants, pretty beaches, and 40 minutes to Tampa International.

Management service was easy to work with and very attentive to anything we needed. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Clearwater Beach with a larger group!

Cindy B from Raphine, VA recommends this vacation rental

We rented Bay Esplanade and Coconut Beach resort next door for a family reunion. Having them next door was very convenient. We put the young people in Bay Esplanade; they enjoyed the freedom to hang out there when they wanted. The kitchen is big and pretty well stocked; the living room is plenty large. We never tried the tv, the internet was not connected the first 1 1/2 days, but Alan helped me get it going. I would give the place 5 stars, though there were a few issues. Alan was very responsive and got things settled.
  1. The air conditioning was not cooling the house the first 1 1/2 days. A service man did finally come and got it running so that it was reasonably cool. There needs to be an additional unit so that the bedrooms get cool.
  2. The hot tub had a strong chemical smell and bleached one person's pale blue swim suit white.
  3. Several deliveries were made over the five days and by the time we left the porch was half covered in boxes.
  4. There should be a couple single beds or bunk beds in a couple rooms; we had several 20-something males who would not share beds so ended up sleeping on the floor or couch.
  5. Need a dish drain rack.
Overall it was a great weekend and perfect for our reunion. Thank you!

The property was overall very nice. The only complaint I had was the hoot water accommodations. Had to switch the breaker many times in order to get hot water and many tines at night in the dark which was inconvenient. Check out was a little early @ 10:00 am. Would have been nice to have been noon.

We loved the location of the house and its features! Just a few minutes walk to the beach - slightly off the main strip - traveling with young kids, we enjoyed being just outside of all the hustle and bustle. When we wanted to walk and shop or grab a bite, it was the perfect distance as well. We fell in love with the house and stayed in its private pool during most of our days. House had plenty of room for us! Alan was helpful and responsive when booking and happily we had no issues when checking in or during our stay!

But again overall experience was very satisfying! Would rent again and recommend to anyone!

This house was in the perfect location! We could walk to the beach and Frenchy's restaurant, as well as the shops on Mandalay and a few ice cream shops!
The house set up was perfect for us too! There's one bedroom/bathroom with a separate entrance which was perfect for my inlaws. When they wanted to go to bed early, our TV didn't keep them up, and they're early morning walks didn't wake us! The kids loved having a private pool and used it everyday!
Alan with BeachhouseFL was very helpful when looking into properties, discussing the layouts of a few houses in detail to ensure it was a good fit for my family!
I will definitely be coming back to Clearwater Beach and booking again with BeachhouseFL!!

We were so happy with our house and location for our stay on clearwater beach. The beach, restaurants, and fishing was all within walking distance. The house had plenty of room and bedrooms for our party of 12. The pool and hot tub were heated with plenty of seating around the pool. The house had a grill, washer and dryer, separate bedroom area for the teens, and was just overall a great fit! Only draw back to keep in mind, take extra wash cloths, toilet paper and garbage bags or grab some when you go out.

My siblings and I (9 of us) shared this house while visiting my mom for her birthday. The house is a great location at a great price. I looked at many houses in the area and this was by far the best price I found. We were able to get in the house earlier than the check in time, which was great, and everything was clean.

There were a few small details that could be attended to. In the 2nd bathroom with the shower stall, there was a light out that made the shower kind of dark. Also, the grill outside really needs to be replaced. We tried to use it and it would not get hot enough to cook the food.

Overall, I was very happy with this rental, I would definitely use it again!

We had a group of 14. Three families with eight teenagers. This home was amazing! It was cute, clean, had plenty of space, and was perfectly located with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, basketball courts, the gym, tennis, shops, restaurants, etc. We definitely loved the quick walk to the Palm Pavilion everyday for great food, drinks, and music. The room that slept 5 with adjoining bathroom was a great space. The 4 other bedrooms and bathrooms were nice too. Plenty of room in the two living room and kitchen areas also. We loved the backyard pool area as well, and the laundry near the pool was conveniently located. The hot tub was not heating the first two days, and they responded to our email by immediately sending someone to fix the problem. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for our large group. I would recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!

The company's staff was very helpful when we had to call them with a few issues.

The home was clean and spacious. The location of the property was close to the beach and downtown area. Customer service was called twice for the hot tub, that did not work, and someone was sent out in a timely manner. The hot tub was not repaired durning my stay, but overall we had a good time.

Loved this house, location was perfect, walkable to the beach, the downtown area, perfect size for the 8 adults and two children who stayed, could have had more people stay as we didn't even use the on suite/separate bedroom off the porch. House and pool was very clean. It was just what we were looking for, will stay again!

There was 12 of us that stayed here in the property, there are 5 double beds and then a few camps beds and sofa beds. We all stayed comfortably but I would suggest 9-10 people in the group just so everyone has there own room.

The villa is beautiful and it is in such a quiet spot even though you are about 2-3 minutes walk from the beach and the main road. The pool area is great and there is a separate hot tub which is great.

Paul who helped us with any check in questions and other questions throughout the stay was brilliant and quick to repond.

Overall I will be renting with this company again next year. Thank you for being part of making this an amazing trip.

My 4 siblings and I plus 3 spouses thoroughly enjoyed a week in this bright, comfortable home. We found the friendly, prompt responses of of every staff member that we dealt with was absolutely outstanding. The house furnishing is comfortable, and the rear yard patio, with its pool and hot tub, is a wonderful place to spend time. We also enjoyed the many lovely shrubs and trees on the
  property.
The proximity of so many restaurants, stores, beach and the Intercoastal Waterway, make for a really great holiday.

Bay Esplanade rental was cute and was definitely convenient for walking to the beach, restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots. Grandsons (8&5) had a blast in the pool. Nice that the house was set back from the road a bit with front yard and picket fence. Made it easier to watch and corral the 2 year old. Everything was clean and tidy, and the management was extremely responsive when we had trouble with the entry code and the pool heater. Overall it was a bit snug for us (6 adults and 3 kids). The only way to "get away" from the group was to leave the house.

The Bay Esplanade house was a cozy place for our weekend getaway. We were pleased to be able to have beds for our whole crowd, and even some extra pullout and hideaway beds available. Not a lot of space to just hang out in the house, but really great for proximity to other sites.

The kitchen and dining area are small relative to the number of beds, but they are stocked with plates, cookware, and utensils. The chairs in the dining area could use some new upholstery or replacing.

The house is walking distance to a cute playground (we had several toddlers with us), in addition to the beach, a few restaurants, and a convenience store. Having the pool was nice, and we actually used it more than I expected to.

The outside of the house is cute, especially the front gate. The shells in the parking area are going for a beachy vibe, but they really just make it hard to drive on and hard to move the garbage cans (especially when filled with construction debris). That said, the kids loved finding their favorites along the walkway.

The house was being worked on immediately prior to our arrival... looks like the fence on the side is being replaced. The dryer needs fixing; management seems pretty responsive to maintenace requests/suggestions.

  • Manager Responded on 10/16/2014

Hi Tara, We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the feed back.... It helps a lot. We are pricing out new chairs for the dining room and they were on our to do list. We will have the dryer looked at and get that taken care of asap... Thank you, Beachhousefl

(easily cleaned and used it though, just thought I should note it). Absolutely wonderful house though, perfect for 11 adults!

Our family reunion was even more enjoyable because of the Beachouse rental. The house's location and size were ideal. Nicely landscaped as well. Thank you for renting Wednesday-Wednesday, that option was not available with most of the rentals.
My only critique would be the slick tiles at the front and rear entries. Rain or pool water makes that an accident waiting to happen. Lacks smoke detectors. Memorial Day weekend was very rowdy and crowded. We would rent it again but not during a busy holiday weekend.

  • Manager Responded on 5/30/2014

Thank you for the wonderful feedback. The home does have three smoke detectors.... Maybe they were not noticed where? Thank you for the feedback on the tiles too... We will have that looked at. Memorial day weekend is a very busy weekend on the beach. Try more like mid May or even anytime from Sept-Jan. Great time of the year.

The location of this property is ideal. It is a short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. The trolley also goes right by the property although we did not take advantage of it. The bathrooms could all use some type of shelving to store toiletries. We bought racks to go over the shower heads at the Dollar Store & that helped a little. It would also be nice if there was a broom available. A new grill was delivered during our stay and the staff was extremely friendly and responded to any requests immediately. We would certainly stay there again.

  • Manager Responded on 5/5/2014

I really like the location. Although, not on the beach there are a lot of good perks to staying here. Short walk to the beach with two great restaurants on the beach. For families with kids you have very nice basketball courts, tennis courts and park area. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's the second time stayed in area and would stay here again. The management staff was great, seamless process. The house was everything that was needed. No issues with anything. It was nice having 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, pool and hot tub. Pool area was great when first day was too windy for beach. The kitchen is a little small but who wants to cook when on vacation. We had 14 people but rarely felt too crowded because of outside sitting areas. If you plan on spending all your time at house then probably better with a couple less people. Overall we had no issues that affected our stay and that's all I can ask for.

The house accommodate our large group and the area is really nice. Very family oriented beach. Pool and hot tub was nice and having it to our group and our group only was really nice. I kind of thought the pics on the internet made the house seem a bit nicer than it actually was. It was still a nice place. The location was a little off from the main beach side but everything in Clearwater beach is within walking distance. There is 2 really nice beach restraints within a 5 minute walking distance. I will most definitely consider this place as a vacation sometime in the future. It nice and we had a blast and its only a 90 minute drive from Disney or sea world. Just don't set your standards to high. We rented it and split it between 4 couples and for the price we paid you couldn't beat it. We went the last week of April. It stormed the weekend before we arrived and was a little chilly and extremely windy but it warmed up and wise nice the remainder of our stay.

This was our 2nd time back and we plan on being back again. The location is great but our favorite part of this experience is being together as a family. It's not only my wife and kids that come but my sister, brother-in-law, nephew, parents and my aunt from FL (dad's sister). Instead of being in separate hotel rooms at night we can all gather by the pool, in the house or out front (love the new landscaping) and enjoy each other’s company. To me that is what vacation is all about...reconnecting because our everyday lives are busy. That is what staying here is to me...yes, it's a VERY nice location and house but to me it's almost like being home because we are all together. As always thank you...I wish you could have seen my dad around his older sister, he seemed to revert back to being a young, idolizing boy. Didn't leave her side...couldn't do that in a hotel!

Aside from the construction next door, and the rocks outside the pool (my 1 year old kept falling over them) It was a great stay and I would most definitely go back! Id recommend this house to anyone looking to pick up their home and transport it to their vacation spot. Its a comforting, stress free destination!

The one bed that I was sleeping in had sand in it. But besides that everything was good.

We had the pleasure of staying here for our family vacation. It was a great place to stay when traveling with young children. There were 3 families there, 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 babies. We could walk to the beach, great parks for kids, and some of us even walked to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (which was a great place to go to!). We were able to eat pretty cheaply since we had all breakfasts at the house, packed lunches for our outings and cooked a few dinners as well as going out a few times. The house had everything we needed including baby equipment. Our only complaint was when we emailed to inquire about what specific type of baby equipment was available, we were told there was a pack 'n play and a highchair.....when in fact there were 3 pack 'n plays, 2 highchairs, a stroller, a swing and a baby monitor, plus lots of beach toys! The phone didn't work and the internet was pretty unreliable, but after we called the property manager, this was very quickly fixed. We had never done a vacation home type holiday before, but would certainly do it again and we would be happy to book with BeachHouseFL.

• Our family met at Bay Esplanade in January. The weather was a little cool, but the pool and hot tub were awesome!! So even though we did not get to play in the ocean, the kids loved the warm pool!! Location was great and beds were very comfortable

We rented this house for a family to stay for our sons graduation from USF. At the most we had 11 people at one time staying in the house without feeling cramped for space. The house was clean and the towels and linens smelled freshly washed. We were able to arrive a day early and do the grocery shopping with all the extras we needed. Items they recommend to buy was needed and the list was good. Having a washer and dryer helped to go home with clean clothes and we were able to keep up with clean towels all week. I would only recommend a couple of things for upkeep. The shower curtains should be washed and/or replace because they has a small amount of mold due to Floridas high humidity. The seperate bedroom and bath should have some towel racks intalled to hang towels. Also a couple of mixing bowls would be nice. Other then that the place was great and we would recommend this to anyone with a large group. The Pool was clean, but is not heated. The hot tub was used everyday since we had cold weather.

I would like to thank everyone who helped make our stay a great time.

We were very pleased with our whole vacation rental experience. The house was ready when we needed it and we could tell that it was just cleaned, top to bottom. Beds were all comfortable with nice linens and home-like decorations. Pool & hot tub were both cleaned twice in the week....on a holiday no less! Location was great, walking distance to a beautiful beach with two nice grill-type restaurants to choose from, and more a ride on the trolly away. Thanks for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Bay Esplanade. We would definitely consider staying here again if we were to vacation in the Tampa/St. Pete area again. Fred Riek

• We loved the house. We took a 4 generation vacation and this house was perfect for us. A great time was had by all. We loved that we where on the "quiet side" of the beach/walk was a bit farther than 1 1/2 blocks but totally do-able. Will be back!

Need to replace the outdoor furniture. What was there was cracked and there was not enough for a five bedroom house. Also a large outdoor table/umbrella with chairs would be nice. This would be my only complaint.

Thanks for the suggestion. Outdoor furniture has been replaced!
