Nestled on one of the favorite streets in the heart of IRB, this retro home backs up to the nature preserve for quiet days and nights. The beach is less than a block from the home and access is directly across Gulf Blvd.

With its 3 bedrooms, perfect location and private pool it is bound to be the best choice for your next family vacation!
The home has a king, queen, two twins and two sleepers to sleep 10 people comfortable.

The Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens/Adventure Island are a short drive away. You can fly into the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport as well, it often offers discounted flights from smaller airlines. The Orlando International Airport, Disney area parks, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove are all a 90 minute drive. Winter, the dolphin from the movie "A Dolphin Tale" is at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium which is a 20 minute drive from the house

  We stayed in this home for Labor Day weekend. We loved the Retro decorations as it made us feel at home. This house is a nice size house with lots of room. The master bedroom bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! We loved the pool and all the toys that are in the shed for the kids to play with. The house was only a very short walk to the beach. We found this house to be clean and had lots of little extras in the pantry and in the bathroom for us to use. We also loved all the board games that are available at the house for the kids. You have to go out the side door and out of the house and around through a fenced gate to get to the pool. That could be a plus for people with children as they can't just open the back door and walk out to the pool. Overall this was definitely a nice place to stay for the holiday.

  The vacation rental was clean. Short walk to the beach. It was decorated very cute. The pool area does need a new umbrella for the table no other issue other than that. I would highly recommend this rental.

  We loved loved the retro style the house had. It was very clean and well stocked. The house was very roomy and the pool was awesome and it was a short walk to the beach, where I hung out a lot. Beach towels and chairs we’re providied.
  My only negative comment in on the pots and pans, some were rusty looking, some were so old and pitted and stained , I didn’t use them. I would definitely come back .
