The house is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The walk to the beach is very easy and less than a 5 minute walk. The pool is very large for a beach house and comes with many floats. The house has a nice covered porch with a large table and gas grille. I'm looking forward to another stay at this house.

Vincent D from Phoenixville, PA recommends this vacation rental

The house was very clean and comfortable. We spent most of the time outside by the pool- BBQing, swimming and talking. There was a red tide, so the beach, which is a short block away, was nowhere anyone wanted to be- many dead fish on the shoreline.
It was perfect for what we needed. It’s an older home but has well taken care of.
Shopping centers were all a short drive away. Very convenient location.

Our rental experience was great. The house was in perfect condition and looked exactly like the photos provided. The house had everything we needed, including a grill, washer/dryer, beach chairs, and extra towels. The electric lock with a code was very convenient. The beach was a close walk. We were also able to walk to nearby restaurants and ice cream parlors. The grocery store was only a 10 minute drive away. Had an amazing time and would definitely return.

a guest from Rush, NY recommends this vacation rental

We stayed here for a week with our family of five. We loved the house and the local area as well. Being a close walk to the beach was wonderful and we appreciated the beach gear and numerous towels available. The house was very clean and nicely updated. We enjoyed the outdoor table and BBQ, the comfortable beds, and TVs in the bedrooms. We had a couple of questions about the property while we were there and received a response from management instantly. The neighborhood and beach area was fairly quiet which was nice but we liked that we were a short drive to Clearwater Beach which offered some additional activities for us to enjoy - mini golf, ice cream, water sports, shopping, and the Pier. We loved the property and beach and would highly recommend it to other guests.

Really liked the wagon with all the beach equipment.
House was clean and enjoyable and in a nice area.
Not a complaint but something to be aware of is that the pool at
This house is not heated and I would say unusable in winter.
The only complaint we have about this house is the king and queen beds should be replaced, at least a 4 inch drop from edge to middle.
  The bunk beds were nice.
Would have no problem giving all 5 stars if the bed wasn’t so bad

  • Manager Responded on 12/18/2017

thank you for the review. Yes the pool is not heated. The bed is good. It is the frame. We have it scheduled to be replaced. Hope you give it another try

My Mom, sisters, and I had a very nice stay. Indian Rocks Beach was such a pretty peaceful beach. When we got there late the first night and walked to the beach just in time to watch the moon set. The cottage was situated just a short drive to Clearwater and St Petersburg. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a week stay.
