The Bay Esplanade House was originally built in the 1970s but was recently updated, with granite countertops and modern stainless appliances. Walk or take the trolly up to the Pier 60 play area near the Hilton Hotel. This great house is one of the most popular Clearwater Beach rentals, so it books up early.

With cable and wifi, this Clearwater Beach vacation rental is big enough for up to a maximum of 14 guests. If you are looking for a location where you do not need to have a rental car, you have found the perfect property. Each of the five bedrooms features a queen bed. In addition, the house offers a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.

Any group or family wanting privacy will find this Florida beach rental ideal. The fifth bedroom is a lock off suite attached to the main beach house for a little separation from a big group but still under the same roof. This suite also has a private bath and an extra day bed with two twin beds. If you use the twin beds and fold out couch, the house will sleep 14.

You’re welcome to bring your boat as this beach rental house has a public boat ramp literally across the street, just steps away. The Bay Esplanade house also offers private parking and is roomy enough to park your boat trailer.

This charming Florida beach rental house is a perfect blend of comfort, proximity to the action and privacy. Recently renovated, the adorable vacation rental has a private pool, patio and gas grill. Guests are welcome to use the grill and propane tanks can be purchased nearby.

This beach home is the closest rental home to the tennis courts, big public pool and famous Pier 60 area which hosts the free daily sunset festival.

ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES:
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property including any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Liquid propane tanks for the grill can be purchased nearby. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply and there is a significant cash security damage deposit for groups under 25 years old. Pets are possibly allowed but must be disclosed and there is a pet fee. The pool can be heated for an additional fee some months of the year.

We have been renting our family vacation homes in Clearwater Beach for the past 8 years and have enjoyed every home we have rented. Bay Esplande was the first to have little to no complaints from the ages of 3yrs-74yrs.
Very spacious
Plenty of beds
Plenty of towels and blankets for a large group.
Pool is amazing for the days you don't want to walk to the beach.
Store,Restaurants and the Pier were an easy walk for all ages.
Parking was no problem for our large group.
The detached suite was perfect for the teenager.
The 2 bedrooms on the north side of the house are very warm and we made use of them for the people who appreciate the warmth. The rest of the house was comfortably cool.

The only constant complaint was the WiFi was very poor, we like to watch Netflix at the end of the day and the buffering circle no one likes to see kept antagonizing us!
The teens had a simple fix, they just used their cell phone networks to watch from their phones and the Adults just watch what was on cable.

The the consensus amongst the group was, "We all had a wonderful time and the house suited our needs!"

Overall, we had a great experience. The rental company was great and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure all was good. Pool area was great and where we spent most of our time. Close distance to the beach and shopping/bar areas. The only downfall we had was how close it is to the dumpsters down the street that were labeled “fish” and were filled with dead fish. The smell was absolutely awful. However, we did stay during the red tide, so I’m sure that’s why. Overall, though, it was great.

Loved it!! Definitely coming back. We have gone to Clearwater Beach with our 4 kids for vacations for over 30 years. This is the second year at Bay Esplanade with our family (kids, spouses, and grand kids). Bay Esplanade is the perfect setting. Easy walk to the beach with all of our beach gear. The house is impeccable. The new pool is great!

Property is just a couple blocks from the beach and a short walk to the strip and pier making it perfect for what we were looking for. Ample space in the house, especially considering the side of the house with the 3 extra beds has its own bathroom. Would recommend

We came down to Clearwater Beach for a family wedding. We (all 11 of us) loved the house on Bay Esplanade! We all had our own personal space but also the house was quaint enough for us to enjoy our visit together. The kitchen sink disposal was not working but there was a nice man there in about 20 minutes after I texted the problem. He fixed it quickly and was very professional.

Our vacation rental experience was top notch! The house, pool and hot tub were in great condition. Alan, the property manager, was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay, answering questions and actually helping fix our kitchen sink during our stay. The grounds were well kept, clean and the pictures do it justice! The house easily fit the 12 girls staying over with 5 queen beds and 2 on the twin beds. Additionally, the location to the downtown was perfect. Very walk able and we were super close to the Frenchy's on the beach, which was awesome. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back.

Location, Location, Location! Great house with the perfect blend of quiet residential area and access to everything else. Having own pool is great feature when the sand and sun are uncomfortably hot. A couple guys even came by to measure for a new pool, which will be even better. Definitely would consider another stay at this location.

The home was everything we expected. Very clean, more than enough bedding. The pool and hot tub were a little dirty with sand in the bottom but water was clean. In addition as soon as I contacted management they had pool service before we even got up the next am! We were full of questions and the management was very accommodating via voice and text.
The home was emaculate and the landscaping pans grounds were pristine.
I look forward to referring and renting more from . it was an awesome experience!!

We rented Bay Esplanade and Coconut Beach resort next door for a family reunion. Having them next door was very convenient. We put the young people in Bay Esplanade; they enjoyed the freedom to hang out there when they wanted. The kitchen is big and pretty well stocked; the living room is plenty large. We never tried the tv, the internet was not connected the first 1 1/2 days, but Alan helped me get it going. I would give the place 5 stars, though there were a few issues. Alan was very responsive and got things settled.
1. The air conditioning was not cooling the house the first 1 1/2 days. A service man did finally come and got it running so that it was reasonably cool. There needs to be an additional unit so that the bedrooms get cool.
2. The hot tub had a strong chemical smell and bleached one person's pale blue swim suit white.
3. Several deliveries were made over the five days and by the time we left the porch was half covered in boxes.
4. There should be a couple single beds or bunk beds in a couple rooms; we had several 20-something males who would not share beds so ended up sleeping on the floor or couch.
5. Need a dish drain rack.
Overall it was a great weekend and perfect for our reunion. Thank you!

I rented this out for my wedding party and friends to stay st because my family was staying at the rental right next door! It was very convenient to have everyone in the same street! The house was very well stocked and the decor was adorable! My only problem with the house was the pool was warmer than the hot tub and the showers were cold. But again overall experience was very satisfying! Would rent again and recommend to anyone!

I was visiting Clearwater Beach Florida with my sisters, cousins, mom and grandma to celebrate my sister's bridal shower. The house was comfortably able to sleep the 12 people we had and no-one ever felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were an awesome bonus and we were SUPER close to downtown so getting around was very easy. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would stay here again.

We loved the location of the house and its features! Just a few minutes walk to the beach - slightly off the main strip - traveling with young kids, we enjoyed being just outside of all the hustle and bustle. When we wanted to walk and shop or grab a bite, it was the perfect distance as well. We fell in love with the house and stayed in its private pool during most of our days. House had plenty of room for us! Alan was helpful and responsive when booking and happily we had no issues when checking in or during our stay!

The whole experience was easy and comfortable. The house was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. We had trouble with the pool heater but the property managers were very quick to respond and got the pool heater working within an hour of the call. It was absolutely wonderful and everyone had a great time. We were traveling with a baby and they provided a pack-n-play as well as a high chair. We really couldn't have asked for a better home for our vacation!

The property was overall very nice. The only complaint I had was the hoot water accommodations. Had to switch the breaker many times in order to get hot water and many tines at night in the dark which was inconvenient. Check out was a little early @ 10:00 am. Would have been nice to have been noon.

My 4 siblings and I plus 3 spouses thoroughly enjoyed a week in this bright, comfortable home. We found the friendly, prompt responses of of every staff member that we dealt with was absolutely outstanding. The house furnishing is comfortable, and the rear yard patio, with its pool and hot tub, is a wonderful place to spend time. We also enjoyed the many lovely shrubs and trees on the
property.
The proximity of so many restaurants, stores, beach and the Intercoastal Waterway, make for a really great holiday.

Bay Esplanade rental was cute and was definitely convenient for walking to the beach, restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots. Grandsons (8&5) had a blast in the pool. Nice that the house was set back from the road a bit with front yard and picket fence. Made it easier to watch and corral the 2 year old. Everything was clean and tidy, and the management was extremely responsive when we had trouble with the entry code and the pool heater. Overall it was a bit snug for us (6 adults and 3 kids). The only way to "get away" from the group was to leave the house.

There was 12 of us that stayed here in the property, there are 5 double beds and then a few camps beds and sofa beds. We all stayed comfortably but I would suggest 9-10 people in the group just so everyone has there own room.

The villa is beautiful and it is in such a quiet spot even though you are about 2-3 minutes walk from the beach and the main road. The pool area is great and there is a separate hot tub which is great.

Paul who helped us with any check in questions and other questions throughout the stay was brilliant and quick to repond.

Overall I will be renting with this company again next year. Thank you for being part of making this an amazing trip.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood but yet less than a 10 minute walk to everything. The house was attractive on the outside with beautiful landscaping and a nice front porch. Inside was perfect with a large living space and comfortable bedrooms. It was very clean when we arrived. The family enjoyed the pool and the large outside living space. The company's staff was very helpful when we had to call them with a few issues.

The home was clean and spacious. The location of the property was close to the beach and downtown area. Customer service was called twice for the hot tub, that did not work, and someone was sent out in a timely manner. The hot tub was not repaired durning my stay, but overall we had a good time.

The house is well-located toward the north end of Clearwater Beach, close to the beach, yet away from the noise of Mandalay Ave. We had everything we needed and cooked meals each night. The house is older, but clean, and slept 10 people, including a 2 year old, easily. We'd definitely come back again.

Our stay at the Bay Esplanade was wonderful! The house accommodated our party of 8 with no problem, the beds were very comfortable. Our group ranged from 39 to 82 and everyone was satisfied. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were dealt with very promptly. The house just had new laminate flooring installed which was very nice. Would definitely use again!

We had a group of 14. Three families with eight teenagers. This home was amazing! It was cute, clean, had plenty of space, and was perfectly located with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, basketball courts, the gym, tennis, shops, restaurants, etc. We definitely loved the quick walk to the Palm Pavilion everyday for great food, drinks, and music. The room that slept 5 with adjoining bathroom was a great space. The 4 other bedrooms and bathrooms were nice too. Plenty of room in the two living room and kitchen areas also. We loved the backyard pool area as well, and the laundry near the pool was conveniently located. The hot tub was not heating the first two days, and they responded to our email by immediately sending someone to fix the problem. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for our large group. I would recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!

This was an event where his kids met my kids. It was a great event for all of us. The house provided lots of room, yet kept everyone close for socializing. The pool was great for the kids. The bathrooms are older and could use some remodeling and deep cleaning. All said and done, we had a good time.

I had a Christmas vacation with a small wedding celebration at this house. The house is perfect for 14 people and we'll accomodates toddlers and children. Heated pool and jacuzzi were great. Only issue was there were no beach towels and one of the sofas is about to give in. Great distance from back and local restaurants.

Beautiful Beach house located right near Clearwater Beach. Rented the house and Coconut Grove together. It is decorated very well and had no complaints about beds. One of the bathrooms could definitely use a remodel but that would be the only thing close to a complaint

My siblings and I (9 of us) shared this house while visiting my mom for her birthday. The house is a great location at a great price. I looked at many houses in the area and this was by far the best price I found. We were able to get in the house earlier than the check in time, which was great, and everything was clean.

There were a few small details that could be attended to. In the 2nd bathroom with the shower stall, there was a light out that made the shower kind of dark. Also, the grill outside really needs to be replaced. We tried to use it and it would not get hot enough to cook the food.

Overall, I was very happy with this rental, I would definitely use it again!

It was great! Was nervous to co-ordinate ten people coming in from all over, and Alan and Maria were beyond helpful. Especially appreciated rapid response to any question or concern I had. The house was spotless when we arrived, and a very charming place; just as portrayed in the listing. We were so happy with our house and location for our stay on clearwater beach. The beach, restaurants, and fishing was all within walking distance. The house had plenty of room and bedrooms for our party of 12. The pool and hot tub were heated with plenty of seating around the pool. The house had a grill, washer and dryer, separate bedroom area for the teens, and was just overall a great fit! Only draw back to keep in mind, take extra wash cloths, toilet paper and garbage bags or grab some when you go out.

Adorable private pool beach house by is a short walk to the famous Pier 60 area which hosts the free daily sunset festival. About a block and a half to the sand, tennis courts, public boat ramp and big public pool.

The Bay Esplanade House offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone. With a private pool, private laundry, big screen TVs in the common rooms and private TVs every bedroom, this awesome beach house is the perfect family vacation rental. The beach rental home's location is a highlight in a quiet area but a short walk to the sand and activities and has a large private pool with heat available. The Bay Esplanade House was originally built in the 1970s but was recently updated, with granite countertops and modern stainless appliances. Walk or take the trolly up to the Pier 60 play area near the Hilton Hotel. This great house is one of the most popular Clearwater Beach rentals, so it books up early. With cable and wifi, this Clearwater Beach vacation rental is big enough for up to a maximum of 14 guests. If you are looking for a location where you do not need to have a rental car, you have found the perfect property. Each of the five bedrooms features a queen bed. In addition, the house offers a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Any group or family wanting privacy will find this Florida beach rental ideal. The fifth bedroom is a lock off suite attached to the main beach house for a little separation from a big group but still under the same roof. This suite also has a private bath and an extra day bed with two twin beds. If you use the twin beds and fold out couch, the house will sleep 14. You’re welcome to bring your boat as this beach rental house has a public boat ramp literally across the street, just steps away. The Bay Esplanade house also offers private parking and is roomy enough to park your boat trailer. Guests are welcome to use the grill and propane tanks can be purchased nearby. ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES: We do not supply anything that is taken off the property including any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Liquid propane tanks for the grill can be purchased nearby. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply and there is a significant cash security damage deposit for groups under 25 years old. Pets are possibly allowed but must be disclosed and there is a pet fee. Improvements needed on outdoor pool and hot tub as things are broken.
More kitchen items needed: hot pads, baking pans, basics that include more toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags.
Area rugs on the floors would help with noise reduction throughout the house.
The mattresses on the beds are hard and pillow tops for them would be wonderful

Close to everything, no need for a car but we had three as we drove down from Illinois. Had 6 adults and 4 children and all had the room needed. House pool and hot tub were great for the days the beach was a little cool. Beach was just a short walk from the house. Had most meals at the house with a few luncheons and one dinner out at the local places. Great place for large group that doesn't wish to share with thousands of other guest at a hotel.

Fantastic Vacation that I can't wait to do again!

This incredible property is one of our most popular and books up early. We do have last minute special price cuts on cancellations.

With all the comforts of home this Clearwater beach rental cottage has 5 bedrooms, each with new queen beds, and 3 twin beds in the loft. The Florida beach house can sleep 15 if you use the pull out sofa. All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the vacation beach house. The back part of the house was an apartment that was made into two bedrooms and one bathroom. The property has room for up to 3 cars. The property comes with a PRIVATE pool and hot tub. Full cable included. All doors leading to pool have safety chains at the top prevent little ones from wandering outside. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach.

This adorable large beach rental home sits in a secluded area of the beach just north of all the action. Either play on the part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60, festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts. Tampa International Airport or St. Petersburg/Clearwater airports are equally convenient - just a 35 minute drive from either airport. Tampa Busch Gardens is only a 45 minute drive. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks, Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and professional baseball spring training central location. The Pier 60 area is the best part of Clearwater Beach with a giant new covered playground, live music, and a daily sunset festival - all free and not to be missed. All of our vacation rentals in Florida are in great family locations with plenty of inexpensive unique activities for all ages.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming spacious bungalow . The privacy pool and hot tub were a great amenities and well used. It is not huge but was adequate and used frequently. Pool was cleaned twice by a very helpful gentleman willing to help with any thing we needed.

The property location is absolutely perfect. no car is needed as you can use the local trolley or just walk. the beach in about a 1 minute walk out the front door down the road. The pool was perfect for keeping our children entertained while we sat on the deck. There was a little maintenance that could be done to some areas of the home but overall it is great.

The property is literally 75yards from a beautiful, safe beach, position A to see stunning sunsets. It needs an electric kettle had to boil water in pans for a cup of tea. We were 5 adults and 4 kids suited us perfectly catered for 95% of our needs. Garage 3/4 blocks away had bread milk beer etc at good prices. Easy access to restaurants, bars just perfect

The accommodations exceeded my expectations! We had more than enough room and the locations was very convenient. We were able to walk just steps to the beach and surrounding businesses. We were there to attend a family reunion and it was only a couple of miles from the hotel. We really loved the extra rooms on the back. Thank you for a very nice stay and great property.

This house is literally only steps from the beach and a very reasonable walk to the "downtown" area and Pier 60 activities. Alan was prompt and helpful with any questions we had, as always. A few other people came by to do some maintenance on the house during our week stay and they were very nice and helpful as well.

This rental was very clean and very spacious. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach. The listing indicated that no beach toys or chairs were provided but there were plenty left by other renters. We left a boogie board. The owner immediately address our concerns.We had a wonderful time and would consider renting again

My family and I rented this home Feb/March of 2021. The white sand beach of Clearwater was just a couple houses down, and shopping in downtown Clearwater is within walking distance (a decent walk, but within easy driving distance). There are multiple bars within walking distance as well.

The pool and hot tub right outside the door of the house is amazing! The kiddos played while the adults just hung out—and later in the day, the adults were able to swim while the kiddos watched movies.

I would absolutely rent this house again, and would recommend to any family/friends going to the area.

The management company responded immediately when I had a question upon check in and they reached out to me to check on our experience. I’ve rented a few times and this was by far my favorite experience.

We had such a good time! The house look like the pictures. We had 9 adults and 6 children (ages: 8-13).The walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes. We had a few small issue which management took care of quickly. Plenty of room for everyone. We would rent this again!!!

We loved the close proximity to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The property was clean and had plenty of Towels. We had a couple minor issues but the response of the property manager was quick and resolved. We would stay again.

What a wonderful stay and property. We were literally steps from the beach so the location was great. The management was way more accommodating than anyone could ask for and very easy to work with. The place is completely outfitted with like a million towels which we greatly appreciated. My only problem with this property is remembering to come find it next year when we come back.

This was the best vacation rental that we have ever had. The size was perfect for our group of 14. The only cons that we had were that the grill hadn't been cleaned for a long time and when we used it, it smoked extremely too much and caught fire(small). Also, 2 of the bedrooms were not connected to the main house. There was a separate entrance for them. If you had more than one car, good luck parking. Having a washer & dryer was great! The pool & hot tub was great to just relax at the rental. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We had a blast! The house is 1minute from the beach, and 10 min walk to the downtown area. It’s a big house with lots of space. The hot tub and heated pool are great! The management was very responsive and tried to accommodate all of our needs promptly.

The location couldn't have been better, right by the beach but away from the busy pier. Overall the house was great but lacked kitchen amenities. We cooked at the house most of the time and would have liked better quality pans, knives ect. We has one small issue but the manager quickly responded and fixed the problem. He was friendly and wanted to make sure a stay was the best it could be. Thanks for everything. We hope to go back soon and would stay at this house again.

The location of this property is by far the best part. It is within short walking distance of so many bars and restaurants... not once the whole week did we drive anywhere. The house provided enough kitchen supplies that we were not short on anything. We just one issue with the house while we were there, and they were so response, even at an inconvenient hour. The whole process was extremely smooth. Even with the maximum number aloud to stay at the house (15) we were comfortable. The deck, pool, and hot tub were such a plus on days it was too cold and windy to hit the beach! Would definitely stay here again. The decor is beautiful and the kitchen is very updated.

My family and I stayed at the house on a Cambria Street in Clearwater, and we absolutely loved staying there!! There were enough rooms and beds to fit all 14 of us, and they had a pack and play and high chair for my nephew which was really convenient. It’s a fun, beach themed house and it is so close to the beach that we could come and go as we wanted. We loved the pool and hot tub and put it to good use. The hot tub stopped working one day, but they were quick to send someone to fix the hot tub. My entire family loved the house and would love to come back and vacation at this house again. It was perfect for us.

It was really nice. Front bedroom was bright due to street lights but you get your own bathroom so it's a trade off.
Loft is smaller than it looks, no room for blow up mattress. Additional separate living quarters was cool. Super close to beach which was spectacular. Beautiful everu single day.

My family of 12 came for a wedding in Clearwater and reception at the Sandpearl resort and we stayed at Cambria rental home. It was the perfect choice for us. The house is 1 minute from the beach and an easy walk (7-10 minutes) to downtown. The house easily accommodated all of us and the staff was very helpful. When the keypad for locking the door malfunctioned the property manager was there quickly to remedy the problem. We enjoyed ourselves and have fond memories of our stay at the Cambria house and in Clearwater Beach.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every night. The beach is 50 yd walk and the kids loved the pool. The house was very clean and a great open layout.

The only issue we had was that the two rooms in the back were super cold, but we never called anyone to ask if there was a way to fix that so it may have been user error.

The only other suggestion to improve the property would be to add some hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels.

Overall, great house. We'd stay again.

Great option for families with small kids. The small pool and spa were great for keeping the 6 year old and 3 year old occupied when we did not feel like going to the beach.

House layout is a little funny, having 2 of the bedrooms in a sperate area behind the main part of the house, but it did give a bit of privacy for those sleeping in that section.

For the age of the house, the upkeep was pretty good and it was generally clean for a beach house. If you are really a clean freak this might not be the place, then again the beach might not be right for you either.

Nice having a car port for the car plus one more car behind it. Street parking for a 3rd car is OK, but there can be some contention for that spot.

In the heat of the day, it might be a little much to walk to the main dining and shopping areas of Clearwater Beach which are about 1/2 mile away, but at night it was good.

This is a great house! There were 10 adults, peny of space. The outdoor area was fantastic! You do have to be cognizant of the neighbors and keep the noise down at night.
Beautiful décor, comfortable beds.
The only negatives (if you can call them that were the outdoor lights-which we couldn't get to work, the punch lock on the door and figuring out the TVs)
We would absolutely recommend this house. It is beautiful and within walking distance of downtown)

This was the 2nd year we stayed at this home. The location can't be beat. The beach is at the end of the street, just a minute walk away! It is far enough away from the main beach that the traffic is minimal and the beach is not as crowded. Restaurants and Pier 60 are within a 5-10 minute walk. We had a few minor issues with the property, but management took care of them immediately. Definitely recommend this property to others.

This was the first time our immediate family vacationed together. It was great! House matched description and pictures. Location could not have been better! Short walk to sand and sun. Peir 60 was only a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed Tampa and Clearwater. Crabby Bills, Bait Shop and Smokey Bones Bar and Grill were awesome. We enjoyed Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquairium, parasailing, speed boating, fishing, a Pirate ship tour, miniature golfing and Caladesi Island. Property is well kept and clean. Was great having a pool. Could use a few more beach towels we brought some so we were okay.

Eleven members of our family, from Washington State and Brazil, spent a delightful week at the Cambria Clearwater Beach rental. It was perfect for us, very comfortable beds, good showers, on a quiet street and literally a 60 second walk to the fabulous beach. The minor issues we had were attended to promptly by courteous workers. The house is older with signs of use, with a modern kitchen, and vintage, comfy furniture. It is just right for a fun-loving group, especially with kids, (ours were ages 6, 10, 12, and 17).

WE had an incredible stay at Cambria house, 1 block walk to the beach on a private culdesac. We had 3 families a total of 10 people all had their own space and comfortable beds. The apartment on back was an added bonus for our young grandchildren to take naps. We came back from the beach and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon in the wonderful pool and cooked on the grill and in the large kitchen. WE even all fit at the long dining table. There was so much provided in the kitchen, it really helped. WE had such comfy beds. All our maintenance requests were quickly and efficiently met. My only suggestion to management is to replace faucets and shower heads and air filters. Also make sure the door code you give to renters works.

We stayed for 12 nights and everything was fine. We found two things after our arrival that were not working wright, but after we wrote an email they solved the problem the next day. We were a group of 7 people from germany and it was more than enough space for all of us. The house and everything around were like seen on the pictures. It's only a 1 minute walk to the beach, which is really perfect. The house was in a good condition and we didn't miss any equipment. Shops and Restaurants were in walking distance.

Cambria House is in a great location! Close to shops but in a quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to beach. The house is well equipped with lots of towels, kitchen utensils, beach toys, etc. Plenty of space for our party of 11. The kitchen is awesome. Overall a great stay.

My family stayed at the Cambria beach house on Clearwater Beach!! There were 12 of us. The place was awesome enough room for everyone. Instead of a hotel this is the way to go!! The owners were great we will be back again!!!

STAFF WAS GREAT! ALAN WORKED WITH ME TO SET UP THE RENTAL. HE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH! MARIA WAS ALSO GREAT TO WORK WITH! SHE HELPED US THE DAY WE ARRIVED. WE ASKED HER IF WE COULD CHECK IN EARLY AND SHE WORKED WITH THE CLEANING LADY. DIDN'T GET IN TOO EARLY BECAUSE THE PRIOR GUESTS CHECKED OUT LATE. THE CODE WASN'T CHANGED AND MARIA DROVE OVER TO CHANGE THE CODE BUT THE TRAFFIC WAS SO BAD. SHE CALLED AND KEPT US INFORMED WHERE SHE WAS AND WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO. I LIKED THE 2 SEPARATE BEDROOMS AND BATH WITH IT'S OWN ENTRANCE. THE OUTSIDE AREA IS NICE AND BIG EVEN THOUGH THE PICTURE DOESN'T SHOW IT. THE BEDROOMS ARE SMALL BUT WORKED FINE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE PARKING. WE HAD 4 VEHICLES AND IT WAS TOUGH.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was a perfect fit for our 4 couples and 4 singles. We also brought our 2 year old and there was a pack and play we could use as well as an umbrella stroller when we walked to town. The pool was perfect for soaking in anytime and the beach was just a few houses away. Our beach access was very secluded being far away from the overpopulated resorts. And it was barely a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We were worried the house would smell musty, by although it's an old house we were very happy with how clean it was. We are considering making this house an annual stop as a family however our one request would be new mattresses. We read they were new, however the side apartment and the left bedroom behind the kitchen mattresses were dipping in the middle. It wasn't terrible enough to complain to management but if we come next year it will only be if they are truly new. We can't rave enough about Maria. She was very helpful and tried to get us early check in and later checkout and we were very grateful for her efforts. Joe also came by to show us how to raise temperature of hot tub. We later realized it's not a hot tub but just gets warmer when the pool heater is on, but despite that we were very grateful for his help.

The inside was a little small compared to the pictures but overall it was a very nice place. we had room enough for all our family-8 adults and 5 children. It was nice having the pool right outside the door. Had all the essentials we needed. Did not care to have to shut down the hot tube each nite. Marie was very nice and helpful. Some of the furniture could be updated. Location to beach and activities was great. Overall the place met our needs.

We rented the cambria house for two nights in may. There were 13 of us and we had more than enough space. The house had been updated and the beds were comfy (except the one trundle bed closest to the needs to be 4 year old couldn't even sleep on it the springs were looking through) but other than that minor detail it wad awesome! Close walk to the beach, pool, shade, privacy! The check in and our process was super easy and booking was efficient. We would most definitely come back and stay here again!

This was a great property and we enjoyed it greatly. Everything was clean and the property management company was extremely helpful when we had an issue getting in. It is a great location very close to the beach, with no major street to cross to access the beach.

This beach house was great our group had 11 girls and we had plenty of room for more if we needed it. The location was great we could easily walk to restaurants and also was so so so close to the beach!! The owners were great and answered questions when I had some. They property was well kept and I would definitely recommend to a friend. Overall had a great stay at this rental!!

We are 12 old friends that find a place in Florida each year, for last 5 years, to watch the super bowl and reunite from all over, DC, NO, Colorado, Carolinas, VA and Florida. The stay was great, 5 days, great location could not be any better, the price was reasonable and neighbors were adults and very nice. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, 1/2 a block from the beach, and great sunsets. The house slept 12 comfortably. There were only a few minor details need to have some attention. The management company was very cooperative. Change the mattress in the bedroom near the pool, also put a curtain up on the door,fix the TV so it changes channels, pool should be vacuumed before we start the vacation and mop the deck and kitchen floor. Also need a few more beach chairs. If you read this, and you are a a potential renter, don't let these comments scare you. It was a great stay. We are planning to go back in 2018.. The handyman and person who checked us in were very professional, as was Alan an all the other agents.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental home. Totally charming, well cared for, and fantastic location for our needs. Our teenagers loved the pool/jacuzzi, the separate 2 bedroom suite that gave them some privacy, and the proximity to the beach and shops. A very good bargain!

This adorable wooden beach bungalow built in 1920, offers the charm of an old style raised villa beach cottage with an updated interior just steps from the stunning beach. After a day of soaking up the sun, come inside this super special Clearwater Beach rental home, cozy up in the great room and enjoy each others company. This incredible property is one of our most popular and books up early. We do have last minute special price cuts on cancellations. With all the comforts of home this Clearwater beach rental cottage has 5 bedrooms, each with new queen beds, and 3 twin beds in the loft. The Florida beach house can sleep 15 if you use the pull out sofa. All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the vacation beach house. The back part of the house was an apartment that was made into two bedrooms and one bathroom. The property has room for up to 3 cars. The property comes with a PRIVATE pool and hot tub. Full cable included. All doors leading to pool have safety chains at the top prevent little ones from wandering outside. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach. This adorable large beach rental home sits in a secluded area of the beach just north of all the action. Either play on the part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60, festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts. Tampa International Airport or St. Petersburg/Clearwater airports are equally convenient - just a 35 minute drive from either airport. Tampa Busch Gardens is only a 45 minute drive. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks, Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and professional baseball spring training central location. The Pier 60 area is the best part of Clearwater Beach with a giant new covered playground, live music, and a daily sunset festival - all free and not to be missed. All of our vacation rentals in Florida are in great family locations with plenty of inexpensive unique activities for all ages. ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES: We do not supply anything that is taken off the property including any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Liquid propane tanks for the grill can be purchased nearby. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply and there is a significant cash security damage deposit for groups under 25 years old. Pets are possibly allowed but must be disclosed and there is a pet fee. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was less than a block walk to the beach and the house and deck allowed for lost of fellowship. The property size was adequate. Management was incredible helpful and attentive from the first call to the check out. I would highly recommend this property for large groups looking for a very nice older house that is well restored and has all the amenities in the heart of the action on Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Beach is one of the nicest beaches we have ever seen!

This is a great house! There were 10 adults, peny of space. The outdoor area was fantastic! You do have to be cognizant of the neighbors and keep the noise down at night.
Beautiful dcor, comfortable beds.
The only negatives (if you can call them that were the outdoor lights-which we couldn't get to work, the punch lock on the door and figuring out the TVs)
We would absolutely recommend this house. It is beautiful and within walking distance of downtown)

The house was just perfect for our 4 couples and two kids. Location was perfect and just minutes walk to the beach and about 15 min to the pier. The only only downsides were the drain fly problem and the odor around the deck and spare bedroom next to the bath. But we managed and we’re mostly on the beach and city anyway.

We had a blast! The house is 1minute from the beach, and 10 min walk to the downtown area. Its a big house with lots of space. The hot tub and heated pool are great! The management was very responsive and tried to accommodate all of our needs promptly.

We took the family on a 8 day family vacation to Clearwater Beach and had a great time with the grandkids along with are 3 children and there spouses. The rental was a very nice place to stay with the pool and hot tub. The house was as pictured. Its just a short walk to the beach and once on the beach. The only negative I would have to say about the rental it was not stocked very well with some kitchen items. It would have been nice to have a few pot holders and maybe a pizza pan or cookie sheet . There was plenty of silverware , cups, glasses and plates but the pots and pans are a little beat up and on the older side. The beds are ok and the furniture was nice. We had no problems with any thing in the house so we never needed to contact the manager. We did go during the off season and the beach was not over crowded. We had an amazing time.

The beach cottage was perfect for our needs- two grandparents, two adult children and spouses, and four grandchildren, ages one to twelve. Cambria Cottage has a small private pool that was perfect for the kids, and the beautiful beach was a few steps away. It was so nice not have to load everything into the car to go to the beach. We had plenty of room for everyone. Another bonus was Paul, our contact person, who quickly fixed any problems we encountered. Would highly recommend for families or anyone wanting privacy and convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The property (though way too big for only 7 people) we enjoyed the space and the pool. We were literally steps from the sand which I loved most about this place. We will definitely be coming back!!

Just a short walk or trolley ride to the famous Pier 60 and the sunset celebrations every day of the year, weather permitting, this Florida beach rental property is located just north of all the action on a quiet side street. This 10-bedroom huge beach property is divided into two buildings.

This huge Florida beach rental will sleep 27 adults using all the beds and offers a pack-n-play for baby to make room for 28 total.

The front house has 7 bedrooms. There are two family suites which includes 4 of the 7 bedrooms in the front building. This means you walk through a queen room to get to a room with 2 twins and a trundle. The suites have doors that close between the rooms for privacy. Families can use these suites to keep small children safely near parents in the room with the twin beds. The interior rooms do not have a door leading outside. Additionally, the front building offers 3 private separate queen rooms. And finally, the front building of this huge beach rental offers a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The back house features 2 private rooms with queen beds and the third room has 2 twins with a trundle. The living room in the back house also has a sleeper sofa. (Please note that 3 of the twin beds are trundles that pop up from under one of the twin beds. There are two trundles in the front house and one in the back.)

Each of the buildings has a full kitchen, dining room and family room. The buildings are separated by a private courtyard with a pool. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, creating the perfect setting for a family hangout. The city also offers well maintained tennis courts, basketball courts, boat ramp, public docks and a municipal building that can be rented for gatherings. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. There are almost no other Florida beach house rentals as large and this close to the sand as this fun property.

If approved you may rent just one house and have access to the courtyard and private pool. We only allow separating the two homes if it is within a few weeks of your check in date. Please ask for more info. We have several properties surrounding Somerset Place if you need to accommodate more than 28 people overnight.

ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES:
Gatherings are permitted at this property with prior authorization made at the time of booking and additional fee. Groups that do not inform BeachhouseFL of gatherings in advance will be asked to leave without refund. Excessive noise after 10 pm is not allowed as it is located in a residential neighborhood.

We do not supply anything that is taken off the property including any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply and there is a significant cash security damage deposit for groups under 25 years old. Pets are possibly allowed but must be disclosed and there is a pet fee. The pool can be heated for an additional fee some months of the year.

This property was clean, the location was great and overall this place was decent. The condition of this property I was somewhat dissatisfied with, the air worked decently, only a few of the tvs worked luckily we didnt really watch much tv and I do not think this location can hold the amount of people it says. We had 18 and were squeezed, everyone had a bedroom but as far as living room and kitchen space there wasnt any. Also the outside space really needs to be cleaned up, we brought corn hole, hoping we would be able to play it but there were about 8-10 tables just sitting in the outside space where we could all fit and hang out. Overall if you had a smaller group this place might be great but I definitely think this place needs some TLC.

Great location close to the less crowded part of Clearwater beach. Trolley and ferry stops close by. Safe neighborhood. Lots of room. Private courtyard and pool. While the beach was nice, most of our time was spent socializing, grilling and enjoying some cold beverages around the pool. Of course the pool also drew the kids away from their electronic devices for hours on end. Communication with management was very good and the houses were very clean. You will not need to bring anything for the beach except hats and sunscreen and of course your swimsuit. Lots of towels and other things that guests have purchased and left. Did I mention how awesome the pool was!

The house was closer to the beach than we anticipated and the use of space was very impressive. It wasn't "high end" but we weren't looking for that. The pool was smaller than we though it was going to be but the kids loved it just fine and the management company heated it so well before we got there that we were able to use it the minute we got there in early January! We appreciated the parking for 7 cars and the grills. We had 8 adults and 11 kids, everyone had their own bed and we had 3 trundles left unused as well as 2 sofa beds unused. We would for sure come back again.

The Somerset rental was perfect for a very large group ~25. Plenty of towels, bedding, cutlery and utensils. Place was clean and cared for. Very well located near the beach. The only thing I recommend is to tighten up the interior door handles as they are loosening up and some doors are difficult to open. Very responsive customer service. I highly recommend this place.

This place was fantastic for what we were looking for. We rented it because we needed a larger space for my family and a smaller space for me and my friends where I could get ready on the wedding day. We had 27 people stay, seven of which were kids. The kids loved the pool area and being just two blocks from the beach was awesome! Being that we had 27 people, the larger home did feel extremely crowded. The smaller home felt just right for the number of people we had in it. 8 adults in the back home and 13 adults and 7 kids in the other. There were a few things that needed to be updated. But we could also tell that they have updated since some of the photos were taken. More information on the actual layout would be nice.

Very hard to find spots that sleep this many. This is a great getaway location for large group. Clean, convenient and comfortable. We had 26 people (12 were kids) and fit without issue. Awesome beach access. Small pool in courtyard was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, eat, drink. Owners/operators were responsive and friendly. Would definitely book again if in the area.

We had a few minor issues during our stay. Dishwasher didn't work in either house, owner got maintenance on it quickly. We still had to hand wash dishes in main house for half of our stay until dishwasher could be replaced. Suspect cleaning crew didn't notice dishwasher wasn't functioning a put away dirty dishes in cupboard. Takes a long time to get hit water on one side of main house, like 30 mins of running straight hot for it to get warm. Great location, walking distance to main strip, many restaurants and shops. Owner is easily accessible to all of our needs and responds promptly. Furniture configuration is odd, as most bedrooms with multiple bed have trundles but size of room and dresser placement prevent using some of them. Overall, a good experience.

We planned a large family reunion and needed a large flexible property. This property was perfect. There were 2 individual cottages with plenty of bed, bathrooms and 2 full kitchens. The cottages were separated by a patio with a pool. There was plenty of extra tables and chairs. It was only a block off the beach, a very easy walk. There were plenty of walkable restaurants and entertainment for the little people as well as the high school/college crowd. We will definitely use it again!

We had a 95th birthday party with a mini family reunion at these houses. It was perfect! Everyone could do their own thing and still we were all together. There are 10 bedrooms, but you should know that 2 of them can only be accessed through other bedrooms. We loved our stay there!

We had a great time at the house - there were numerous bedrooms and bathrooms which was perfect for our large group. The location was great - just a walk across the street to the beach. Lots of chairs in the courtyard pool area which was nice! The AC in the back house stopped working, which wasn't ideal since it was so hot while we were there, but they had someone come out in a very timely manner to work on it. Hot water in the shower of one of the bathrooms in the back house wasn't working. One of two of the trundle beds we weren't able to get out due to the dresses being in the way... buck luckily we didn't need them. Overall, great experience!

We had a wonderful time for our family reunion at Somerset Beach. Our four children their spouses and 14 grandchildren joined us. We fortunately had great weather to enjoy the beach and pool. There were plenty of beds and table space for everyone. Location was good,just a short walk to the beach. Pool was small but large enough that the younger children loved it. Kitchen layout was not ideal but doable and in some bedrooms it was difficult to pull out the trundle beds. We had a few problems with pool heater and air conditioner but they were fixed promptly. Everyone absolutely loved our time together at this wonderful place.

We had a lovely time in Clearwater beach renting this home on the north side of the island. This is more of a residential side and it is much quieter than the south side. The pool and courtyard was the hot spot for all the kids we had with us. Although the pool is on the smaller side it was more than enough space for our 5 kids under the age of 10. Beach access was less than 2 blocks away and the addition of sand toys at the home was great! The bedrooms were decently sized and beds were relatively comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces available right on somerset st as well.

We had so much fun. Clearwater Beach is a great destination for families! It was great to have two houses with so many people. The courtyard was a great place to relax. When we got there we had some concerns with cleanliness of the homes especially the sheets and bedrooms. We did wash all the sheets and all was fine. During this process the staff was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had! I would recommend this property and company to work with.

The house was amazing! So much room for our large family and then some!!! This is honestly a great deal for the size and location. The beach is just a few steps away and downtown Clearwater is a 15 minute walk. The pool is a bit small but is still about 5 feet at the deep end so still plenty big for taking a dip. There was bad weather the days before we arrived and the pool was a bit dirty from the wind and rain but we texted them and they offered to send someone right away. We had a minor cleanliness issue as well and they also offered to send their cleaning services the next day but we turned it down as it was minor but the fact that they were so willing to help was amazing! Communication with the listing agent prior to booking fast and booking was super easy! He was willing to work with me since we did book a bit later than we would have liked but they were very accommodating. There is a number you can text or call during your stay if you have any issues. There is more than enough seating outside in the patio and they have everything from a grill to a washer and dryer. Great stay and will definitely be going back!!! Thank you for making our Family vacation a great one!

We had a great vacation for our entire family from ages 2 months old to 70 years old. Close to beach and restaurants and other stores etc. Good sleeping areas dinning area a little small for larger groups to all eat together. Nice to have 2 different areas to divide up family to sleep. No e outside patio area pool a little small for large groups and adults. Good service and we had great vacation together.

We had 28 gals on a retreat and had the BEST time at Somerset. Its a lovely place with a nice little pool and a short walk to the beach. There was ample space for all of us sleeping and meeting together. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It would also be a great spot for larger families to use as a getaway!

Our daughter got married on Clearwater Beach and when I booked this house, I had no idea that it would be so close to the wedding location but we were able to walk to the wedding from the house. I was looking for a place that would accommodate everyone that was coming from Ohio and would be in the wedding party. We ended up with 23 people staying there and it was perfect for that amount of people, not crowded. Paul was very helpful. Anytime we had a problem or question he took care of it. Wish we could've stayed another day. It was a little hectic having to leave the day after the wedding by 10:00 with 23 people but the house was rented. Also, the two units worked out great as we had parents and step parents to deal with. We have a great time.

We celebrated our niece's wedding and combined it with a family reunion. All of the Evans' clan was there and we all had a GREAT time. The wedding reception was at Sheppards, just down the street from our villa, so we all car pooled there. The best part of the stay was we were all together in one place. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own bedroom in the two buildings. We enjoyed the pool immensely and took several trips to the nearby beach. A grand time was had by all, and I want to extend a hearty "THANK YOU" to Alan A. for making it all happen so easily. The beach house was even better than we expected. It was very spacious, clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. It was a perfect accommodated for all of our guests. We rented the beach house for my wedding that was actually right off of Somerset street on the beach so the location was perfect, literally only steps from the beach!! The house was a great place to return to after a long day at the beach and exploring the strip and the pool/Jacuzzi was a great added feature to relax after a long day!! We will definitely be returning soon and would recommended this beach house to all our friends and family.

We had the most wonderful time at this house! It accomodated our large family perfectly & even had a few beds to spare!! The house was well equipped with kitchen essentials & plenty of towels! The property manager was a joy to work with and even accommodated an early check in for us. There was plenty of parking for our cars. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Our trip to Clearwater was amazing! The Somerset property we stayed at was very lovely with tons of amenities. The children loved he pool and their is tons of room for our 20 person group. Everyone said they had fun, We all saw the Boat Parade. We walk on the beach, some fished everyday. Went down to pier 60 for fun. The Beach House was perfect for our 23 people.

We had a very large group and the rental was perfect for that. Check in was easy, everything we needed was in the house, and the company was clear about expectations and rules. There were some things that weren't great about the property, little things were broken or didn't work, but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Seriously incredible location, comfortable rooms, huge kitchens, and a great pool.

We celebrated Mom's 90th birthday, and family came from various places across the U.S. This is a great property for a large gathering, and we had plenty of room for everyone. It is close to the beach and good restaurants. Since the rental is 2 houses, we were able to put the young adults in their own house, and their late nights didn't disturb the older crowd! Management was responsive and very accommodating. Everyone had a great time! I would recommend this property.

We have 23 people in our family, We always go for a Family Christmas Beach Party, The bedrooms are beautiful, with six bathrooms. We loved the heated pool in December. Walking distance to the beach, to see the sunset. and for the kids to go along. We had two kitchens and three refrigerators to hold all our food and drinks. The front of the house is where we take our Family Pictures, and the background is beautiful with all the palm trees. We love it. And when there is a problem, Maria was always on the spot to help us. Great location. The beach was close by and not too crowded. We packed both house for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house could use some updating. There were some cracked and loose tile in the kitchen. We did have a few issues that were handled promptly by the management company. They were always responsive and took care of the issues quickly.

My husband and I and four of my adult siblings took a last minute trip in February. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and downtown. The private backyard with heated pool was wonderful for grilling and hanging out. There is room for lots of people. We each had our own bedroom and didn't even use the two bedroom house in back. Beds were pretty comfortable. The only drawback was the noise in the morning from the remodeling going on at the motel on the corner. Beautiful beach. Pretty quiet location. I'd stay there again.

Somerset Place beach rental is one of the few Florida beach house rentals that can accommodate large groups, including family reunions and very small weddings. With 10 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 buildings, a private court yard with small pool and only 150 steps to the sand, this fun Florida beach rental is your affordable answer. While the property sleeps a maximum of 28 guests, we may allow guests to entertain up to 40 people by special permission only. There are additional rules and local noise ordinances that must be strictly observed. You must inquire at time of booking and additional fees apply. Just a short walk or trolley ride to the famous Pier 60 and the sunset celebrations every day of the year, weather permitting, this Florida beach rental property is located just north of all the action on a quiet side street. This 10-bedroom huge beach property is divided into two buildings. This huge Florida beach rental will sleep 27 adults using all the beds and offers a pack-n-play for baby to make room for 28 total. The front house has 7 bedrooms. There are two family suites which includes 4 of the 7 bedrooms in the front building. This means you walk through a queen room to get to a room with 2 twins and a trundle. The suites have doors that close between the rooms for privacy. Families can use these suites to keep small children safely near parents in the room with the twin beds. The interior rooms do not have a door leading outside. Additionally, the front building offers 3 private separate queen rooms. And finally, the front building of this huge beach rental offers a sleeper sofa in the living room. The back house features 2 private rooms with queen beds and the third room has 2 twins with a trundle. The living room in the back house also has a sleeper sofa. (Please note that 3 of the twin beds are trundles that pop up from under one of the twin beds. There are two trundles in the front house and one in the back.) Each of the buildings has a full kitchen, dining room and family room. The buildings are separated by a private courtyard with a pool. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, creating the perfect setting for a family hangout. The city also offers well maintained tennis courts, basketball courts, boat ramp, public docks and a municipal building that can be rented for gatherings. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. There are almost no other Florida beach house rentals as large and this close to the sand as this fun property. If approved you may rent just one house and have access to the courtyard and private pool. We only allow separating the two homes if it is within a few weeks of your check in date. Please ask for more info. We have several properties surrounding Somerset Place if you need to accommodate more than 28 people overnight. ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES: Gatherings are permitted at this property with prior authorization made at the time of booking and additional fee. Spent 6 nights, paid over $13k, home was missing some basic amenities, many things were broken....1. Refrigerator didn’t work upon arrival, we’re told it would take a while to cool down, took advice and our food was all warm the next morning, lost $400 of groceries. New fridge came on day 3.
2. No hot water in main house for the first 24 hours. 3. Window broken in the bathroom with a hole filled with toilet paper, told property management about it, nothing done. 4. Cabinet was broken over the sink, never fixed. 5. Shower curtains were moldy, never replaced. 6. Old pizza boxes left under the bed in main home when we arrived, so it left us wondering how the rest of the place was cleaned. 7. Patio tables in back were rusted/pitted. Had to keep kids away from them so we wouldn’t have to run for a nice tetanus shot on vacation. I spent a good deal of my vacation as the de facto property manager. Asked for some sort of credit back due to my experience and was ignored much the same way they ignore upkeep on this home. Great location though.

Super easy from the first email to the last door close. Beautiful property with a fantastic, heated, pool. It is literally 2 blocks from Clearwater Beach. The people in charge are very, very, easy to reach and very , very, responsive. 100% recommend it. Both homes account for 8 bedrooms. 2 of them are set up for family rooms (1 queen and bedding for up to 4 kids.) 5 are queens and 1, in the guest house, is set up with the "up to 4 kids" kinda room.

We wanted to get married on the beach on Clearwater, fl.. After looking at prices of houses on the beach we found this house... It was large enough for both our families to stay... We really liked that it had two houses which gave a little separation... The court yard between the two houses was beautiful which had a huge hot tub... The houses were very clean and decorated... I could be on the beach in thirty seconds.... I would recommend this location to anyone due to the location and the price it was fantastic..

What a great vacation we had. On the day of our arrival, I received a welcome call from our contact, Karol, from beachhouseFL, to welcome us and ask when we would be arriving at the home. She met us shortly after we arrived there to review the amenities, local shops, and entertainment. Also to review the policies and rules of the home. She was great and offered her service throughout the week if we needed anything. Our group, of a total of 22 people, filed into the house and began to choose rooms. We were amazed all of the space in the home. Everyone chose their rooms and began to unpack. There was plenty of room for everyone, and quickly we headed to the beach. It was great, just a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the water. We only had one small issue, no hot water in the back house (the smaller of the two) called Karol, there was someone there that evening to correct it. Simple fix really, the pilot light had blown out. Our entire family enjoyed the courtyard and hot tub/mini pool. Very relaxing after a long day in the sun. The only thing that I would recommend to the owners/managers. The kitchen should be stocked with better supplies/equipment to handle a large group. Cooking dinner for 22 people (house advertised to hold 28) with the standard 4QT pans and such was a challenge. We ended up purchasing a large pot, to make sauce and such, and left in for the next guests. Other than that, we could not have asked for more. We also enjoyed the proximity to the shops and restaurants, just down the street. Thank you so much, we would definitely recommend to anyone who asked about this area, and may return ourselves in coming years.

This luxury beach front rental by BeachHouseFL is called the "Coquina Beachfront Villas." These Florida vacation rentals consist of 2 separate properties with 5 bedrooms total.

The main house has 3 bedrooms in which the master bedroom has 1 king bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the last bedroom has 1 full bed. The back property consist of a duplex with 1 bedroom with one queen bed on each side. Each bedroom in the back duplex has a full private bathroom.

Coquina beach front rentals are truly a special experience and family friendly beach rentals, comprised of two beach front rentals units on one unique and spacious property. Relax and soak up the scenery at this idyllic Indian Rocks Beach getaway which sits directly in the sand with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

Family friendly beach rentals, the 3-bedroom, two-story house, sleeps up to 6 guests and sits in front of the second house. Built in the 1920's, the unifying theme throughout, is the original hardwood trim. Coquina Florida beach front rentals features a completely redone kitchen with granite countertops, custom made cabinetry, new appliances and a breakfast bar. The living room has a functional fireplace and unobstructed views of the Gulf and also flows into the dining room. Off the living room is a private den. Lots of natural light captivate the charm of Coquina.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, including the oversized master suite. Facing the Gulf of Mexico, the master has sweeping views from its many windows, plus a sitting area where you can unwind and experience the bliss. The sitting area also has a sleeper/sofa.

Perhaps the best feature of the property is the large lanai. This is where outdoor living captures the essence of beachfront living with cozy decor and dining area. This is where you experience the pristine views of the Gulf, mixed with the magnificent sea of pines, sea oats and other native foliage.
For those who need more privacy, Coquina Duplex Villa sits back and has two floors, each with its own private entrance. Downstairs features a full kitchen, sitting area, queen bed and full bath. Upstairs offers a sitting balcony with unobstructed views of the beach. Upstairs consists of a queen bed, shower bath and some kitchen appliances. Lots of private parking and within walking distance to many restaurants and water activities, Coquina Serenity Haven is a perfect place to unwind. Weddings and special occasions can be held with no more than 50 guests attending the event.

ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES:
Stays less than four nights are never allowed. Do not book for less than a week without contacting us first. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply. No more then ten adults may stay at this home. We do not supply anything that is taken off the property including any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Liquid propane tanks for the grill can be purchased nearby.

My husband and I just got married here in the beginning of October. This house is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t be any better! The inside of the house was very clean. When we arrived around 4:20 (check in at 4), the cleaning staff was leaving. She told us the towels were still in the dryer. We didn’t mind. However, later when we went to get towels out of the dryer to get showers, there were so many towels jammed into the dryer that they were all still damp. Still not that big of a deal, we just took some out and ran a couple cycles through and delayed our showers a bit. Although the inside was clean, on the outside It looked like maybe someone had a birthday party there before we arrived. There were a couple paper plates, plastic bags and a party noise maker scattered through the side yards around the house. There was tons of beach equipment and an over turned outdoor end table thrown haphazardly on the dunes in front of the house. There were rolled up socks and an over turned bucket of sand and sea shells on the back porch. None of the outdoor lights attached to the porch had bulbs in them except for one. The downstairs couch was broken in the middle and was being held up by a cinder block wrapped in a white garbage bag. The upstairs apartment sheets had a large area of orange/red spotted stains on them. We washed them again to see if it would come out but it didn’t. There were two door knobs broken. One was the downstairs bathroom, which we fixed. The other was the door that exited to the beach side.
We did contact BeachHouseFL to let them know all of the issues while we were there. They were prompt and friendly in responding and asked if they could bring us clean sheets. We were checking out the next morning so told them not to worry about it. Karol asked for pictures of everything, which I sent. After that, no response to messages. Overall the place is beautiful but too pricey to have all these issues!

Celebrating 50 years of marriage with our wonderful family. They said it was the best ever. Perfect old Florida home with enough space for everyone’s privacy. Yards from Gulf. Kids could run straight from house to the water. Patio for drinks in the evening watching sun set. AC after hurricane Ian was a problem dealt with immediately by management. Superb all round.

This house was gorgeous and perfect for our family vacation. We loved how it was right on the beach and in a central location. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone in the future. The only complaint I had was with the communication with the property manager. It would take them sometimes over a week to respond to a message and sometimes they wouldn’t respond at all and I would have to message again. But the property itself was wonderful!

I love this house. We've stayed once before a couple of years ago and we will stay again in the future. Things that I'd address:
1. Although the house was clean overall, I do think that it needs a "deep cleaning". The bathrooms upstairs had hair from a previous guest and there was a lot of dust under furniture.
2. The check-in/check-out instructions need to be updated. Check-in stated that the key would be in the lockbox and wasn't (doors were left unlocked) and the number to maintenance next door was no longer in service. The coffee pot in the upstairs apartment wasn't working.
3. The neighbor next door is going to be a problem for more "rambunctious" guests. She is VERY nosy. Borderline harassing.
4. There were a few very small ants spotted in the kitchen of the main house and more in the upstairs apartment.

Overall, I'd say the main thing is that the house just really needs a good, thorough, deep-cleaning.

We were delighted to stay in an older Florida residence which was yards from the Gulf of Mexico. The main bedroom was so spacious and had one of the most comfortable beds we ever had. All the fittings were excellent. The kids loved the spaciousness. We considered it a privilege to stay here and the rental price was very competitive.

We rented here for my son's graduation from Eckerd College. The home easily housed my family and relatives. We bring kitchen goods with us because rentals notoriously lack kitchen goods - not this home! We had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and the view is amazing. We had a great visit to Coquina Beachfront Villas! The house is older and quaint but also has all the modern conveniences and plenty of room for our large family! The highlight was the front porch with amazing views, but it was also great to be able to seat 10 at the dining table and have access to every tool possible in the kitchen! Beds were comfortable with nice linens, towels were provided - we only have great things to say! We can't wait to go back!

Great property in a fantastic location. We stayed in both villas which was very comfortable for our party of 9. Just a few seconds walk and you are on the beach. The beach was beautiful, almost private with just a few other people around. The house had charm and personality you only find in older houses. It has all the amenities you will need, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer,etc. Great location, you can walk to restaurants/bars, CVS, and convenience stores. The management team was very responsive, you contact them and they respond in minutes. There is a high possibility that we will be staying at this property again in the future.

What a lovely place! This old beach cottage has been lovingly updated to include all of today’s creature comforts. But you can still see and feel a connection to its past days (in a good way). The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for a rental – including good knives!! And since of most of us flew in, it was great to have beach chairs and lots of beach towels for us to use.

Special highlights for our group include the chair filled patio – where morning coffee was sipped; the big back porch – where afternoon naps were taken; the large dining tables (inside and out) where delicious meals were shared and games were played; and the well-stocked kitchen that is always the center of everything!

The only problem we had was the air conditioning in the upstairs unit in the back. It was not working properly and the room was quite musty. We did call about this, and someone did come out but it never quite got corrected. We just moved those folks into the big house and went on with our great weekend.

Located a few steps from the beach, this magnificent home is well-kept, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are plenty of seating areas inside and outside for meals and socializing. The deck is warm and inviting, with a large table for sitting and a couch for lounging. Beach towels are provided. The owner was very accommodating in allowing a late checkout time. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the home. The only disappointment was the available beds. The listing shows two twin beds in the smaller home. However, upon arrival, we discovered a full size bed instead of twin beds. People in our group of 12 did not want to share a full size bed, therefore one person had to sleep on the couch. One of the rooms in the bigger house also has a full size bed (as advertised). Just be aware that when it says the home sleeps 12, this means four people will be sharing two full-size beds.

We absolutely loved this house and the location. We rented both units; the main house and the separate duplex. The main house is just wonderful. It is an older home that has very appropriately maintained the character and charm of the original design, complemented by very nice modern updates. The main house has 3 bedrooms all upstairs. The master bedroom is huge with a very comfortable bed and large sitting area with couch and TV. One of the other guest rooms has a full bed and the other room has two twin beds. There is one bathroom upstairs (no ensuite for the master).

The kitchen and dining area is really the centerpiece. It is beautiful and everything you could possibly need is available. There are also two sitting areas and a large TV. There is a full washer and dryer off the kitchen and another bathroom just off the front entrance. All of the linens, appliances, kitchenware, games, beach towels, etc. that you could possibly need are available.

We spent most of our time on the back patio area. There is a nice 6 seat table and futon/lounge on the back porch, as well as multiple other patio chairs. The house overlooks sand dunes, which does obscure the view of the beach, but it's a very short walk to get to the beautiful sand. The house has other properties on both sides, but we never had any issue with privacy or noise.

The bottom unit in the duplex is certainly the nicest of the two. The upstairs unit is very simple and slightly dated, but is fully self-sufficient. Both units have an open area with a bed, kitchenette and separate bathroom. Neither match the quality of the main house, but they were still very sufficient for our guests.

The property was very clean and everything was in very good working order. I received very prompt and efficient service through .

There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and everything else is within a short drive. The location worked perfectly f

We had originally booked a different house through another company and they cancelled 30 days before arrival-thongs really do happen for a reason!!!
Everything about the property was so great- location, number of beds, new living and dining room furnature, beach. Our family had the best time celebrating a 60th together. We will definitely be back!
My ONLY suggestion is to add a Kuerig to the main house kitchen. We had trouble with the coffee maker not shutting off even if you said 1-4 cups? We wasted a lot of good coffee otherwise it had everything we could have asked for!

Wow, we had a family birthday celebration for my father in Laws 80th birthday, with family coming in from all over the country. When we arrived Grace who meet us at the house was amazing, she let us put our bags in a little early which was a lot of help and much appreciated. We used both Villa's and the house was perfect for our 12 people. The view amazing. Plenty of room to spread out although we spent much of our time on the back patio. With no question, we will be back. Alan, was also very professional.

Met my wife, 6 girls, son in law, and 3 grandkids to enjoy the wonderful location of a nice quiet Beach. Temperatures were 88-91 each day with high humidity and AC units didn’t disappoint. Walk out the back door and steps to the sand and ability to set out your chairs right by the water. Very nice team that takes care of any issues.

I would highly recommend this property to others - actually I already have! We felt at home the first day of our say. Loved that the owner kept the beautiful hardwoods of an older home while making the house comfortable, roomy and up to date. Just steps from the beach, the property is located walking distance from shops and restaurants. The back deck and patio provided beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. The 2 studio suites in the 2nd building on the property provided a comfortable space for my two older grandkids who did not want to get up early like the 4 younger grandkids who slept in the main house. It was ideal for our family of 11 ranging in age from 3 - 70! We plan to return!

Enjoyed Christmas this year on the beach in Indian Rocks. This beach house has a great location and old world charm. Aside from needing a few minor maintenance updates, this house has a great set up and ambiance. It's close to the neighbors but the setting provides tons of privacy. Loved our time there. We had a fabulous time! Being right on the beach was perfect! The house was so accommodating for our group - we cooked and visited and partied and didn't feel the need to leave the property most of the time. We sat on the beach each evening to watch the sun go down and usually were up right after sunrise each morning. We could walk to restaurants and weren't too far from a grocery store. The weather was perfect, the beach was beautiful - all conducive to helping our son propose to the love of his life!! And then we all celebrated! Many memories were made and our little 7 month old granddaughter will forever love the beach!!

This was our first stay at the villa although we have been vacationing at Indian Rocks Beach for the last three years. This was by far, the most enjoyable family vacation yet! The house is so beautiful and spacious, that even tropical storm Debbie didn't stop us from having a wonderful time! The home has all of the modern conveniences but still maintains a charm and character that can only be experienced by actually personally experiencing it.

We plan on making this our annual family vacation home for years to come.

The property is amazing. We used both houses and had a small, family wedding on the beach. The trees are the best, kept the sun at bay, but plenty of sun elsewhere. We LOVED the location of this house. It was perfect!!!! So close to the beach and a shaded front porch with the ocean breeze to keep us cool! I would LOVE to come back again. The only reason for the 4 star about the property is that it would be great to have the bathrooms a little more updated but we really can't complain! LOVED IT! The community was also GREAT! Every year our family of 10 (4 grandkids; 6 adults, including grandparents)rent a house near the ocean, and we spend a week together. Like many families today, ours is spread out from the east to the west coast, so it's an important time for us to reconnect. We have been to Hawaii, California, Rhode Island, Arizona, Minnesota, and now Florida. This year we were so sad our trip had to come to an end at the Coquina Beach Front Villas in Indian Rocks FL. What a great time!
From the beach front access, to dolphins, mermaid shows at Weeki Wachee, watersides, shell collecting, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing, bowling and walks to the nearby ice cream store...this year's trip will be in our memories forever!!

This house was absolutely perfect for us. It was not fancy or stuffy in any way. If you are looking to kick off your shoes, and relax for a week then this is THE place. We stayed there with my immediate family (10 people, including kids). We all had plenty of space, and nobody felt claustrophobic. It is an older house so the closet space is very small and there was not too much space to unpack our clothes. I could not find it in myself to care about that. The kitchen was stocked. The location is unbeatable. The property is maintained very well. It was a wonderful week, and we plan on returning.
The only negatives were my kids got a little bored. Seven days relaxing on the beach got to be a bit too much for them (I know, I know). Plus, and this really isn't that bad, there is a next door neighbor who tends to be a bit of a busy-body. She means well I am sure, but being told what to do (or not to do) while on the beach can be slightly irritating. If I were the property owner, I would want a neighbor like that though, so, again, I couldn't find it in myself to really get annoyed at her.

We had great space and the diningroom table was larger than before, which was just what we needed! Once we arrive, there is no reason to go anywhere else! Being on the beach is our greatest reason for renting CB Villa. There's enough space for everyone inside and a long walk on a beautiful beach, if you want to get away! If you want restaurants or a drug store, they are close by--walking distance. The only down side to the property was the bathroom in the 2nd house on the top floor. Its only a two piece - shower and toilet. This house was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. We all had plenty of space to spread out and still spend valuable time together. We didn't have the best weather but the charm of this property overshadowed the cooler temps. We would stay here a thousand times over and I recommend it to anyone looking for a family rental. The view is amazing and the owners have the house fully stocked with linens and kitchen supplies.

Really unique and pleasant older house right on the beach. Very spacious and very, very well equipped with lots of extra small amenities, particularly in the kitchen.

The layout is a bit odd, two of the bedrooms are in a detached building with separate exterior entrances. These bedrooms are great for couples but weren't the best for kids.

Overall we enjoyed this place very much.

The location could not have been better! My group would have liked a pool or hot tub, but this is perfect for beach lovers. The home was beautiful.

Coquina Beach front rentals have 2 beachside units on 1 property. The main house, Coquina Beachside Villa 1 is 3 bdrms 2 baths. Coquina Villa 2 is a separate 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Together, they have 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Perfect for families.

This luxury beach front rental by BeachHouseFL is called the "Coquina Beachfront Villas." These Florida vacation rentals consist of 2 separate properties with 5 bedrooms total. The main house has 3 bedrooms in which the master bedroom has 1 king bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the last bedroom has 1 full bed. The back property consist of a duplex with 1 bedroom with one queen bed on each side. Each bedroom in the back duplex has a full private bathroom. Coquina beach front rentals are truly a special experience and family friendly beach rentals, comprised of two beach front rentals units on one unique and spacious property. Relax and soak up the scenery at this idyllic Indian Rocks Beach getaway which sits directly in the sand with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Family friendly beach rentals, the 3-bedroom, two-story house, sleeps up to 6 guests and sits in front of the second house. Built in the 1920's, the unifying theme throughout, is the original hardwood trim. Coquina Florida beach front rentals features a completely redone kitchen with granite countertops, custom made cabinetry, new appliances and a breakfast bar. The living room has a functional fireplace and unobstructed views of the Gulf and also flows into the dining room. Off the living room is a private den. Lots of natural light captivate the charm of Coquina. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, including the oversized master suite. Facing the Gulf of Mexico, the master has sweeping views from its many windows, plus a sitting area where you can unwind and experience the bliss. The sitting area also has a sleeper/sofa. Perhaps the best feature of the property is the large lanai. This is where outdoor living captures the essence of beachfront living with cozy decor and dining area. This is where you experience the pristine views of the Gulf, mixed with the magnificent sea of pines, sea oats and other native foliage. For those who need more privacy, Coquina Duplex Villa sits back and has two floors, each with its own private entrance. Downstairs features a full kitchen, sitting area, queen bed and full bath. Upstairs offers a sitting balcony with unobstructed views of the beach. Upstairs consists of a queen bed, shower bath and some kitchen appliances. Lots of private parking and within walking distance to many restaurants and water activities, Coquina Serenity Haven is a perfect place to unwind. Weddings and special occasions can be held with no more than 50 guests attending the event. ADDITIONAL INFO AND DISCLOSURES: Stays less than four nights are never allowed. Do not book for less than a week without contacting us first. March and April, June, July and some other holiday times are minimum 7 nights and typically are Saturday to Saturday. Age minimums do apply. No more then ten adults may stay at this home. We do not supply anything that is taken off the property including any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Liquid propane tanks for the grill can be purchased nearby.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! It is a great home with a classic Florida feel. We can not wait until you come back! That bathroom sink that was mentioned is not a kitchen sink. It is the sink to the bathroom that has a coffee maker and mini fridge near by. Similar to what you would see in a hotel.
