Everything was as advertised. This was my first time renting a condo(10 days) and I was wondering what my wife and I would find when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised with this home. Comfortable beds, new appliances, nice pool, and excellent beach. The property was very quiet, clean and walking distance to a few restaurants I was told. We chose to drive :). We were not disappointed and are planning on coming back for our next vacation.

We absolutely loved this location and condo. The beach was never crowded and perfect for our 3 teenaged girls. We never had to worry about them being by themselves and the condo was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This is an excellent beachfront, property. Very well run. Quiet,secure.. Beautiful Gulf view. Good security, ample parking.

This rental was perfect and our family of 7 had an awesome vacation! The location directly on the beach was amazing. The condo was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. All the beds were so cozy, very comfortable couches, luxurious bathrooms...even the bedroom carpets were a dream to walk on! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We love the private location of Sand Key beach and the complex felt very safe. Our kiddos especially loved the hot tub next to the pool for those cooler evenings. Overall perfect and if we ever get to travel to Sand Key again we will for sure try to rent this property!

We stayed for a week in July 2020 which included the 4th. There were lots of fireworks on the beach that you could watch right from the balcony. The condo has a great set up with the bedrooms on separate sides of the condo for privacy. The condo has all upgraded features and is well stocked in the kitchen etc. The bed in the master is very luxurious and comfortable. The beds in the second bedroom could use a pad underneath as they are quite firm. Both bedrooms have en-suite which was great.

The only issues we had was at check in. The security guards are not friendly and our paperwork didn’t have the unit number on it. They were rude on every interaction we had with them. Thankfully our rental agent Allan was very responsive and helped us. I would recommend clearer instructions on how to get into the building via unit number and keys for atrium.

The unit can get quite warm during the day into the evening. It was 78 most of our stay with the drapes closed in the master and the living area. We would recommend keeping them closed to keep it as cool as possible. There are fans in each room which helps.

The pool overlooking the beach is the best! And the location is the beach can’t be beat. If you are looking for a beach that is very private with very few people this is the place to rent. We could see the tourist section miles down the beach and were so happy we were where we were. We sat on the beach for hours and only saw maybe a dozen people the entire time. Nobody sat closer than 100 feet to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent a week in February at property. Excellent location, right on Gulf Beach with also view of the Bay. Fantastic sunsets and sunrises. Property was very clean. Located near many restaurants and services. Look forward to coming back next year!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it was beautiful and luxuriously equipped. The heated salt water pool and gym within the building space was an unexpected bonus. A great place to spend winter in Florida without crowds and commotion.

We loved the view from our condo of the beach. We collected great shells! The pool was heated and was perfect! The location was easy to get to and close to everything. The only negative comment we have is the mattresses need replaced.

Just to clarify that this is a review of the 3 bedroom Oceanside Paradise. We were actually there for the months of January and February. Clean, beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom corner unit. We had a few minor maintenance issues,which were quickly resolved. There are new appliances and furniture through out. Eventually needs a kitchen and bathroom remodel, but fine for rentals. The location can't be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Very well appointed 3bedroom condo in a relaxing environment, close to all the activity.
