Hartney's Beach Front Paradise (3 bedroom)

we enjoyed our stay at Hartney's! nothing can beat being so close to the beach!

The view is spectacular, the rental is very clean and so spacious. I brought my parents and my mother in law - and my hubby. The beach is right there, you just walk right down to it. Lovely view, pristine beach. Private area, so not busy with people. Quiet and beautiful!

We arrived the house was very clean and in excellent condition given it being a vacation rental. I stayed in the master bedroom, it was decorated very nicely. The master bathroom was beautiful, the house in general was in great condition. Parking was good, allowed for two vehicles. The home is centrally located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater. The best part of my stay was the home is right on the Gulf of Mexico, the view from the inside was just as great as the outside. It was remarkably beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying with BeachHouseFL.

This was our 14th annual boys getaway and second time we stayed here. Everyone had a bed and the balcony overlooking the water is just awesome, which is why we came back to this rental. Very clean and spacious. Doesnt look like much from the front, but the view out back is spectacular. Well be back!

perfect !! we recommend the the Salt Rock restaurant nearby (less than 5 minutes away) & Florida Botanical garden close & Tarpon Springs The property itself is wonderful - directly on the beach & has everything you need.

This was my 2nd stay at Hartney's - beautiful home, perfect location.You can tell that the owners have put a lot of love into the property. I will bring my family here again in the future. Guppy's is the best restaurant in the area hands down! The only reason I did not give the cleanliness of the property a 5 is because I had to vacuum & spot clean the floors upon arrival - my kids are 2 & 8 months, crawling around on the floor, so it needs to be clean. The only downside of the building is that it has no elevator or pool.

The vacation condo was beautiful. I dream of sipping coffee from that balcony again! Great location and you can't beat the view! It was very clean and the common area was great. Bedroom layout is a little strange but it didn't matter. There were a few lightbulbs that needed to be replaced and the one bedroom could benefit from a mirror. But it is beautiful and the price was quite reasonable! Thanks for a fun weekend.

Our family had a great time. Love the location and the local restaurants. The exterior of the building is very shabby and there is no elevator which made climbing the stairs especially difficult for my grandmother. The owners have done a beautiful job renovating the interior - modern amenities and spacious open floor plan. I would stay here again.

Great rental if you are looking to enjoy sand and warm Gulf waters. Cannot beat the location. Very comfortable. Just touristy enough for amenities but not overcrowded.

The location of the unit was perfect. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. We had a amazing view of the sunsets. There were 6 of us staying in the unit and there was plenty of room. Outside of some maintenance issues, which were addressed with the property mgmt company, our stay was very pleasant .

Beautiful place to spend a week in Gulf of Mexico

First of all let me begin by saying I felt like I was at home. We bought grocery and cooked like I was at home. The porch is so awesome, it's private and so is the beach. It was Memorial weekend and we had the beach to ourselves. I would recommend this place to anybody and I WILL be back, loved it!!!

You don't get any closer to the sand then this. Amazing second floor condo overlooking a gorgeous beach. Love the area, the Jolly trolley stopped right in front of the location and great restaurants nearby. Keep in mind this is one unit that shares an extended balcony, & stairwell to the beach however you have a separate entrance and your balcony is separated by a gorgeous wood door. We are already looking to reserve this spot again! Gave the four stars on cleanliness only because you could tell that unit needed a deep clean (I.e. corners and under furniture) but very clean living space overall.

This location is perfect, calming and beautiful. The sand is fine and soft, the beach was not crowded, and the home cozy and comfortable. We could not have been more happy with our choice!
