We rented this space with 15 family members, we could not have been more happy with the outcome. Everything was as advertised 5 min walk to beach along with fun activities for adults and children. The place was very clean and ready to go when we arrived.

The house is Perfect. Had everything we needed plus some. It was clean and super cozy. We had two families. 8 Kids ranging from 11 to 20. They are still talking about the house and the Dock and of course the Dolphins that swam up around the Dock. We will definitely be vacationing at this house again. The management company was great. Answered all my questions within minutes.

No hot tub at this rental....however, the pool was nice, a very clean home, kitchen has plenty of cooking tools, dishes etc., very nice seating areas & 1 with reclining and spacious house as well. Rental home contact was very good and addressed questions quickly and addressed problems. Location was okay but getting to the beach, restaurants or shopping was tricky and busy during the memorial holiday weekend.
Perfect house for large group!

I took a group of employees down to a work conference and found this house only a few blocks from the heart of Clearwater Beach. The house was huge, really clean, and had a fantastic view of the water. I will definitely look to book this again if I go down for work or for family time.

Manager's Response
Chad will always be welcome at any of our properties. A great group who knows how to enjoy themselves along with the natural beach surroundings. They are truly a pleasure to welcome into our home and into our beach neighborhood
House was very clean. View was awesome. Most rooms faced the bay. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill. We had no need to leave the house. 11 women under one roof, we all had plenty of room. So glad we found this house! Many fun spots in walking distance
