My family and I had a wonderful time at this location mostly because of a great host Alan!

We absolutely loved our stay! Great views and easy walking distance to the Beach and restaurants! The house is very nice and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive and provide excellent customer service.

The house was beautiful and the backyard was perfect. We loved lounging beside the pool and watching the dolphins play in the bay. The house is on a quiet street and is just a short walk to the beach. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. We loved our vacation!

House was perfect for a long weekend... location is great. You are able to walk everywhere in the immediate area. Paul with the management company was amazing - very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the property. Only slight negative is the hot tub/spa was small and the pool never got fully heated - it also needed to be cleaned a little. But that is a major minor thing. Would rent again.

My family of 5 was joined by my sisters who live in Florida for a vacation visit in Clearwater Beach. We had a fantastic time! The Florida Fantasy house was an excellent choice for us - the proximity to the beach, local restaurants, outdoor space, spacious interior - all made for a delightful stay. The property manager Paul was a great help when we had a few issues, including replacing the gas grill within 24 hours as well as the garbage disposal. We enjoyed using the kitchen which was well stocked after shopping at Costco on the way in to the house. The traffic was a bit of an issue but we generally stayed nearby and walked to get ice cream, go to the beach or for a meal. Would recommend this home without reservation!

Great location on the intercostal waterway, short walking distance to Clearwater Beach, restaurants and shopping and of course the Clearwater Marine Aquarium - home of Winter and Hope and Ricky from the Dolphin Tale movies! A must see if you visit this area.

Your home was a wonderful meeting place for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The house was clean and met our needs. Thank you for sharing.

We loved the new sectional and dining room table. House was great for our 4 couples with 2 infants and a toddler. Very close to the wedding hosted at the Marriott Sand Key and Sand Key beach. Very clean, roomy and comfortable.

The House was as described, some of the furniture was in need of replacement although functional and comfortable

The walk to the beach is short.Plenty of towels and room for your group. Our kids LOVED the pool and the ability to fish right off of the dock! We saw dolphins during our stay as well!!! A few minor maintenance issues but were quickly taken care of by Paul. One thing that could use improvement would be the BBQ. It is very small and getting old.

We had a lovely stay. It had everything you could ever want and need. It was only a short walk from the beach and ice cream shops. The pool was really nice and it fit our needs.

The ONLY bad thing about Clearwater is there is not near enough parking, however from the Florida Fantasy location you can walk to all the beach, pier, docks and shops. (I'm 62 with athritis by the way.) Had my wife, two sons and.four grandkids. Plenty of room and something for everyone.

We had a wonderful family vacation in March. The weather was perfect. The location was the best. We never even needed a car. The walk to the beach was no more than 5 min. My kids loved the pool. The house was a good set up. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the top floor. The house was clean and comfortable, One thing that could use improvement would be the BBQ. It is very small and getting old. The management is very professional and are quick to answer all your questions. I would certainly recommend this house for a wonderful family vacation.

Private, clean, and roomy. Everything you need to relax is at this house. We were very happy with this rental and would highly recommend it.

I rented the Florida Fantasy Beach House for my family and me for 9 nights over the Jan 1st Holiday 2015. We had two small children in our party of 5 adults so I was concerned about the arrangements for them. The stairs were a slight problem but we managed to keep our eyes on two little active boys. The house was clean and well equipped. The few problems we had were immediately attended to by Paul, who was very responsive to our needs.

Great location, enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, nice kitchen and eating area. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The only issue we had was there were a lot of light bulbs out...master bath, pool, microwave etc. but it didn't effect our stay.

We were very please with the rental property we rented, house was very clean, we definitely will book from again in the future.They help make our vacation trip came true, by working with our budget.

We had a great time. The house is perfect for large families. The walk to the beach is short. The dock was a perfect place to watch the fireworks for July 4th. The house was clean and all the linens were clean. The pool was very relaxing. Wonderful place for a large family get together.

Our group enjoyed the property and found it to be very well maintained for a beach house. Some tired furniture outside but overall very sharp. Location is convenient and beach access was easy. I'd recommend it for families with kids.

The house was wonderful and enjoyable. Parking in Clearwater is a nightmare but the house was within walking distance of the beach and pier 60. The pool cleaning guy was a little grumpy but everyone else was especially helpful

We stayed a week with a family of eight. There was plenty of room to spread out for all of us. The property was beautiful We had two minor maintenance issues throughout the week and they were both handled very promptly. Definitely would stay here again.

The house is located close to Clearwater beach and all the water activities that you can sign up for. It is a beautiful home and is in very good condition but needs a really good cleaning. The pool is very nice and with seven adults, we really enjoyed it. It was so nice to all be together in a home instead of being separated in hotel rooms. The three bathrooms were nice to have. We were disappointed that we didn't see any dolphins.

Great location for a long weekend with friends. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars, and reasonable drive to Tampa and other beach communities; lots of fun. Huge, comfortable living area and good space outdoors on water. Mgmt and staff were helpful and easy to deal with.

Our daughters LOVED the pool and the ability to fish right off of the dock! And the previous reviews about the dolphins..... Were true! We saw dolphins during our stay as well!!! A few minor maintenance issues but were quickly taken care of by Alan. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

First Expectation Location, Best, Residential street 4-5 minute walk to heart of Clearwater Beach, while your car is parked in garage. That is if you leave this extremely clean home, with a stunning view of bay with daily morning and late afternoon dolphin visits to your private boat dock. And this is not a small
dock; its lighted, wide, has a shorter dock off back, a ladder to climb back up on, but caution noted swimming in Bay not advised for children, but if you have a Kayak or Stand-Up board this is handy. I haven't mentioned the pool with attached hot-tub that's lighted at night, that you control. The pool cleaner came about every 2-3 days to do his chemical check cleaning, I enjoyed using the long handle net catching little leaves that blow in after a night storm. Something relaxing floating and netting. Not forgetting the kitchen, it had more than what we usually find in Condo or House rentals. The only down side and this is nothing, is I would install drapes in family room to help absorb the sound of TV, as the room is so large and about 25' tall. This house Must be on TOP TEN LIST FOR RENTALS

We enjoyed our stay a the house. The house is in a pretty good location to everything you would want to do. My only complaint is the lights on the dock don't work and the pool had some issues but they resolved that. Had a good time.

We had a great stay in Clearwater. The property location was a close walk to all the amenities. Great restaurants, the beach and water activities were easy to get to. The property appeared well looked after and Alan and Tyler were only a phone call away. We had one issue with the pool, we called and the pool guy was sent over the same day. I would rent this property again or others that they were renting.

We had dolphins swimming by daily, beautiful sunsets, quiet and relaxing location. The property was great for large family, great kitchen and eating area to enjoy family meals.

In regards to the payment plan they really should be able to take Visa for payment and or at least the damage deposit as this makes it a bit complicated living outside the US.

Clearwater is a great place to stay we went to a MLB ball game, NHL hockey game, Shopping outlets, Aquarium, Bucsh Gardens and took one day and drove to Universal Studio's Adventure Island. What a great vacation!!! Our kids ranged from 16 to 21 we had a ball!!

I stayed here with my family of 4, my sisters family of 4 and our father. The house was perfect! The master bedroom closet is big enough to fit the provided pac-n-play (which needed a little cleaning) keeping the baby in her own little spot away from disruption. The beds are rather comfortable but the house does lack extra linens. The view is amazing with dolphins every once in a while and the pool was perfect. We did have a pool pump issue but within 45 minutes of calling the maintenance men were there to fix it! The beach and many restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. The house provided many baby gates and baby related items but they weren't in the best condition but that's fine because the weather was perfect for pool side eating. I would highly recommend this propert to anyone traveling with a large group, we had nine and the house was great. So great, we barely left!

I booked the house for my adult family of eight. Mixed ages and needs. We were delighted with the accommodation especially the pool and boat dock. The kids enjoyed the fishing whilst the pool and Jacuzzi was a big hit for relaxing. The kitchen and eating areas were slightly under stocked with crockery and glasses and being from England a kettle for tea making would have been nice, but overall the house provided us with an excellent experience of US living.

Good experience overall. Nice bayside location, with plenty of room. Interior was very well kept up. Exterior, particularly the dock/pier area, lacked some polish, but with six kids running around, it was completely functional. Short walk to the beach and restaurants made for a nice daily getaway. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, sparkling pool, agents were very responsive and knowledgeable.

The location of the home is ideal, especially if you have children. Nice and fairly quiet neighborhood. It is a few blocks from the beach, shops and restaurants. We even felt comfortable letting our teenagers, occassionally, walk to the beach by themselves.

On several occassions our children (ages 9-17) sat on the homes pier and watched dolphins play. Two actually came close enough that our daughter could have touched them. HUGE HIGHLIGHT!

The home is very spacious and the layout was perfect for our family of 6. It is fairly updated (remember it is a rental so there is a normal "lived in" feel BUT still remains comfortable). With a large family we LOVED having a washer and dryer, especially after coming back from the beach. Also, the pool was perfect for early morning lounging with a good book and cup of coffee and an evening of relaxation. Definately look forward to a return visit.

Great house! stayed there the first week of feb. nice,big, and clean. My flight was delayed on checkout, Alan and homeowner let us hang around a few more hours no charge. Excellent cutomer service.

Stayed at this location for 5 nights. It was just as described. Great location, nice setting. We truly enjoyed this house and would recommend it to others as well. Fishing off the dock at night was a blast. We caught everything you could think of... even an ELL!!!

My family recently had an opportunity to get together in Clearwater Beach for Christmas week and we were delighted with our stay in "Florida Fantasy". There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our holiday meals. The property was clean and well maintained. Alan, the rental agent was most helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.The living area was large and easily accommodated our group for watching movies, playing games and relaxing. The location of the house is perfect for walking to the beach, the playground and local restaurants and activities. All in all it was a wonderful week and we would not hesitate to rent the home again!

We stayed at the Florida Fantasy beach house from Aug. 18-26 & had such a wonderful time! We really enjoyed the pool and patio area & we were very excited to see dolphins swimming right next to the dock! The house was very nice & accommodated 10 people comfortably. I do think it needs a little attention because we had some issues with a few things not working properly. However, Alan was great to work with before & during our trip & responded immediately, the same day, to all our needs. The location was convenient, walking distance to the beach & several restaurants & shops. Yet, it was on a pretty, quiet street away from the crowds! Overall, our vacation was wonderful and we would definitely recommend staying at this beach house!

We found this house to rent after our original rental agreement (through another rental company) fell through. Although we needed a little more room for our extended family of 11, we made do by bringing an air mattress. The house is clean and the kitchen/living area is very spacious, with 3 tables (very useful for a large family). The walk to the beach isn't too bad and the beach is great (although there are no waves, which is something we weren't aware of on the Gulf side). The house needs more sheets and blankets; there were barely enough to go around. Plenty of beach towels, though. The pool was fun for the kids.

This house had a great location. You can walk to the beach and many of the other attractions along Clearwater beach. Our favorite part of the trip was watching for dolphins, which we saw several times everyday.

This home is perfect for large families and was well equipped. Loved the location on south Clearwater Beach. Walk to everything on the beach, park your car and forget it until you leave.

We had a great stay. The pool right next to the water was fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults. The house was large, clean and had plenty of bathrooms. It was a short walk to Pier 60. My only complaint is that our stay couldn't be longer.

Overall a great property - but for the price there were a few things that should have been taken care of. Location is great!

The house is beautiful in a great location. We could easily walk to the beach, Pier 60, many restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the patio and pool. The staff was very helpful and professional. The home is good condition but there are some maintenance issues for a high end rental. The kitchen faucet needs repair/replacement and we were a little shy on glassware. Neither of these were things the agent seemed to be aware of. They did get us new glassware within 24 hrs so they resolved that problem. There was plenty of bedding but the bath towel supply was a little low and they were a little worn. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. I don't always say that when I leave a vacation rental.
