Beach Trail Beauty Oceanfront

We came to Florida to celebrate my sisters wedding & I had very high expectations for this trip and for this rental. We read through many of the reviews and felt really confident about our decision to rent this home. Check in process was easy, but we were never told ahead of time when the house was ready. The houses cleanliness wasn’t the best but you can expect that. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived. My biggest complaint to this day is the very poor communication. During our stay in September the house was in the process of being sold, which we were never made aware of. We were asked to leave the house for an inspection & were notified of this the night before. Getting 11 people out of a house is not as easy as it seems. The property manager offered to compensate us for breakfast, in which we were never compensated for. I have made contact twice now and each time am told it will be processed that day. We are just shy of a month since our trip & have yet to be compensated. We left during the time we were asked to leave but even afterwards, men would show up at the house multiple times throughout the day to survey the home, which is very uncomfortable when your in the pool & hot tub. The location of the house is great with private access and 10 minute drive from downtown. I myself would never rent through them again, very poor communication & customer service.

This property and location was perfect for our family of 12 (7 adults, 2 teens, and a 10, 4, & 3 year old). Although the Red Tide decided to appear shortly before our visit June 12-19, it did not stop us from gathering in the pool, around the fire pit, the dining room, and of course the beach. Clearwater and John’s Pass are nearby as well as many good restaurants and grocery stores. I was a little skeptical having public access beside us, but foot traffic was very minimal. There were no crowds on the beach directly in front of the house which made it nice not to worry about taking the little ones out to gather shells and play in the white powdery sand. The only “issue” we had to contact mgmt for was the Wi-Fi password. Plenty of towels, silverware, cookware, pool toys, and beach toys. Looking forward to staying here again!

The location and space is ideal for small children. The pool is secure and the access to the beach was great for morning walks and sand castle building for the little ones.

Great week away from snow and cold! The location was a great spot. Waking up to the sun and beach with the sounds of waves was fantastic. The grandkids loved the heated pool and the hot tub was nice as well. We utilized the outdoor patio area every morning for coffee and just laying in the sun following up with strolls to the beach which was just steps away. The location was great with the Tiki Bar across the street and other restaurants nearby. Also the area was not as congested with people and vehicles as other areas which was nice.
The house itself was clean as was the outside of the residence. The kitchen area had newer appliances. Some minor issues we had with 10 guests was lack of enough silverware. Also there were only a couple beach towels so we washed them daily to keep up with needs. The bedding lacked newer pillows and could've used a couple extra blankets. Lighting was an issue around the grill area as we had to use our flashlight to see to grill. But again overall minor issues. We did use the guest house above the garage with no issues. The management team did respond to our questions promptly and I was very satisfied with their information and follow up. We had no check-in or check- out issues.
Overall it was a fantastic stay at the Beachhouse. The location can't be beat and the outside amenities were very nice and family friendly. I would recommend this Beach House to anyone who wants to enjoy the beach and yet be able to have private family time together around the pool. Great sunsets as well!! Thanks for giving us the opportunity to share your house with our family. I hope we have the opportunity to come back in the near future.

We had quite a bed bug experience at this house. We kept developing little bites on the three kids that stayed in the beachside bedroom. We assumed it was something from the beach or the famous “noseeums” in Florida. After a few days, the bites developed into full blown welts up to a penny in size. At this time, we suspected something was wrong but never expected a bed bug infestation. We pulled off the sheets to wash the expecting the problem was something in the sheets. When we did this we saw rust stains on the mattress which after research we discovered is possible signs of bed bug excrement. Still, when you pay $10,000 a week for a very nice place you expect things like this do not happen. I guess I learned that even at Ritz level prices the cleaning and maintenance are not guaranteed. In retrospect when we think back on it the fact that the TV’s did not work, the hot water in the apartment was turned off and some of the kitchen lights were burned out, flickered annoyingly or had different colored bulbs, it made sense that the place was not being maintained very well. Once we pulled the sheets it became obvious that there is a bedbug problem. There were eggs on the box spring and other unmentionables all around. I can’t help but wonder how this was missed by the cleaning crew. Safe to say we will not rent here again or from in the future. We also had to clean and/or trash all the clothes, suitcases, and change out flights to get away from here. They tried to say that we brought the bugs with us....really that is insulting. I will say that when a problem was discovered like the TV being disconnected and lack of hot water they fixed it next day but the first answer of letting the hot water run for a long time seemed ridiculous and proved incorrect. I wonder why they did not check the property over in detail especially when you are at such a high price point.

What can I say! It was an amazing property and location. The house is beautiful with plenty of space. The pool and outdoor space was absolutely perfect! The grill station has plenty of room for a big grill out. They have plenty of beach toys and pool floats for your use. Kitchen was amazing! They have plenty of towels for your use. The beach was stunning during a sunset!

The house and location was exactly as described. The outdoor living space is Amazing. Access to the beach is literally steps away. The sunset views are Incredible! The area is quiet and not to touristy, which made for relaxing an easy thing to do. The place is stocked well and we had everything we needed at our finger tips. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Publix is about 4 miles away and is easy to get to. We look forward to our next visit there. You won't be disappointed by this place!

We had the absolute best time on vacation. The house was PERFECTION! Location was GREAT! The beach was literally feet away from the patio. The pool was just what we needed each night, to float around in and the hotub to relax in.
We had 3 cars with our family, and there was more than enough parking spaces for all of them!
We were beyond happy with EVERYTHING, and booked our reservation for next year? Before we even left.
I highly recommend this house....oh and the fact it's all on one floor, is a plus!!

This home has everything you need-we only left for more groceries! It is not Seaside Chic, but it was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our family of 9 ages 2-81! The outdoor living space is fantastic and sunsets were AMAZING! We grilled often and even ate our Wholefoods Thanksgiving meal on the patio. We used the fire pit for cool evenings. The beach was so close it was no big deal if you needed a bathroom or kitchen run! The sand was pretty and full of sea shells and the water was clear and shallow. Of course, it was pretty cool this time of year so we were thankful for heated pool and hot tub! I was surprised there wasn't a chair service company nearby but the house had several lawn chairs we could use. It was especially family friendly with lots of children's inside and outside toys. Location was quiet and convenient. My only complaint would be they don't provide much soap, shampoo, paper goods so bring or buy your own. Would stay again!

The beachfront location of the house made our vacation. The house and bedrooms were very spacious with comfortable accommodations. The pool area was nice with attached hot tub. It was ideal for young kids with fencing around the pool. My only complaint with the house is that you can tell that it has been "used" hard and was dirty compared to other house rentals. There was black dirt near the air conditioner registers, the furniture had some stains, grill was filthy, etc. Considering we spent most of our time on the beach and at the pool, these things were not a major concern because we were paying for the location on the beach. Many nice restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream places a short golf cart ride away. Overall, a great place, just needs a little TLC.

We loved everything about this house, the only disappointing moment was us having to leave. We will definitely rent again!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house had all the amenities we waited in a great location, pool was great for kids & adults. Plenty of parking spaces, upstairs apartment was great for anyone who needed quiet time.

This was a great house! The location is right on a beautiful white sand beach. There's a bar right across the street and Sandy's restaurant and Cafe de Paris French bakery 1/2 block down the street. Great pool area as well. The house was well stocked with everything you need. Beach toys and towels, dishes, toiletries, and paper products are all there. All you need to bring is sunscreen!

Our family was very comfortable in this house. The house offers ample space for family meals together and relaxing on the patio enjoying gorgeous views. The bedrooms were roomy with very comfortable beds. The master bedroom was the best mattress I have ever slept on! The 4th bedroom above the garage is a whole apartment on its on! It was perfect for part of the family with younger children so it would be quite as they napped. It was so relaxing looking at the ocean from the beautiful pool and watching the sunset from the hot tub. This was by far our best family vacation. The ease of getting to the beach with umbrellas, tents, chairs, and a wagon full of toys was so simple and stress free unlike staying in a high rise condo with elevators and long walks to find a spot to call your own, just walk the short path and wow there’s the ocean! We all loved every minute of our week and for the first time since we didn’t feel cramped and on top of each other no one in the family wanted to leave! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you to the owners for providing your lovely home on the rental market for families to enjoy!

The property is awesome and the location amazing. Steps from the ocean and across from a tiki bar/liquor store. Driving distance from grocery store. The unit has two living spaces to accommodate multiple families. the customer service from Alan was great. Checked in on us before, during and after to make sure we were doing fine. Will definitely state at this property again and have the trust to stay at any of there properties.

Our family stayed here in May. The property was nicely decorated. It had all kitchen utensils needed and then some. It had basic spices and sugar and coffee. It had a great pool and had a short path right to the beach. We were able to park 6 cars with the garage and private front lot. There was a restaurant and bar and 2 breakfast places within a block. There were lots of kids toys and floaties in the garage. Great house.

This is the second time we rented this beautiful home. The house is very clean and well equipped, and the location right on the ocean is perfect. The beach is gorgeous. The restaurants nearby are very good too. The management team is great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting an ideal beach vacation.

Beautiful home, beautiful beach, and wonderful location. We had a few small issues which the rental people addressed immediately. We had three small children with the group and it was a great, safe space for all of them. Can’t wait for our family’s return visit!

We stayed at the beach house over Thanksgiving week. The house was clean inside and out. The beds were comfortable. The pool and spa were great and we enjoyed many sunsets on the beach from the backyard. Indian Rock Beach area was lovely. We did not have a bad meal and loved being able to walk to a few places to eat and drink.

We had a great time. Brought children and grandchildren for Labor Day Weekend. House was spectacular. 4 bedrooms, large kitchen, living area. Small pool but the beach and Gulf are right there. Fully equipped kitchen but bring your own food. Towels and sheets supplied. A little difficulty getting the hot tub to work but it did. Also fire pit and chairs near the pool for nighttime chatting and cooking marshmallows.

This is a great place. So nice to be steps to the beach and have a pool and grill at your fingertips. Property management was helpful. I would recommenced this place and use it again. The only negative thing I would say is that the air conditioner had a hard time keeping up but it was July in Florida. Still, you will not be disappointed. Great place for the whole family.

My two sisters and my daughter shared this home with me. The location is direct gulf front with a pool and spa in the backyard. The yard has a paver deck, so it is very nice to sit and watch the water. While there is public beach access directly to the North, people or noise were never a problem. The house is furnished comfortably with a large open kitchen. We were able to visit while one person cooked. The gas grill was also used and we dined outside frequently. My daughter took the garage apartment which was large and well equipped and perfect for someone with young legs! The beds were comfortable, the internet worked great and the house had plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant experience. The house was excellent & clean. I had a couple of requests before arrival and the response to these requests was attended to promptly. Location was great with Gulf right in the backyard. I would definitely recommend this property.

We spent Thanksgiving week at this property and loved it. We were three generations and everyone was happy! There is plenty of room to spread out inside, and the outside space was delightful. The home is exactly as depicted in the photos online. Restaurants are within walking distance, although we ate in most of the time. The kitchen was great! Id recommend this house to anyone!

This house was perfect! It was clean, tons of amenities, huge kitchen, fantastic pool and the closest private walk to the beach! It was absolutely perfect for our family of six and could easily sleep a few more!

Me and the guys went down for a weekend vacation to celebrate my friends marriage once we got there the pictures didn't even do the property justice it was an amazing experience we had so much fun from the beach to the pool the whole house is plenty big enough to accommodate us we were very satisfied with our stay we will definitely not only deal with BeachHouseFL but also probably stay at the property again!

My family and I just spent a week at this beautiful location . Not only is the location super ideal, it's equipped with everything you will need . The home itself is just beautiful with a ton of extra space . The kids loved the pool and that they could run straight to the beach as well . The home is very clean and updated. The owners has everything laid out and listed for every question that we had . Indian rocks has become one of our new favorite places to visit . With a short 5-7 minute drive to Clearwater the location couldn't get any better . Very family oriented and the food was fantastic ( pjs, lulus, kooky coconut, crabbys, and the Paris diner right on the street side next to the house ! We're just some of the amazing places we enjoyed )

We had a great time at this house for a week in February. The location is great and the ability to walk to the beach is tough to beat. There is ample parking and it's nearby restaurants and shops.

The courtyard area is completely closed off, which was nice for us with kids.

The only issues we had were with the appliances. The refrigerator died during our stay and was going to need to be replaced. The outdoor grill didn't work properly (our burner didn't work and it didn't get hot enough, however a new grill was delivered during our stay and I assume is now installed). The dishwasher was also intermittent.

great house for a group vacation, location is great with direct access to the beach plus private pool.

Stayed in December with wife and kids and was great way to spend Christmas. Management company and the lady we worked with were excellent. Didn't bother them that I had several calls and questions first 2 days. They took care of everything except for the large ice maker which was beyond what could be fixed on short notice. Despite that this location was excellent on the beach, firepit, putting green, great house, close to liquor store, restaurants. Would stay here again. Suggestions for others..we found firewood at grocery store over the causeway and had fire at least 8 of the nights. We paid extra for the heater to heat the pool yet hardly needed it as the beach and hot tub were more than enough. Had to call to get instruction of the operation of pool and hot tub by the way. Parking was great and could have parked 4 or 5 vehicles others around us were jealous. Great location and view and access to beach excellent. Management were best I have dealt with over the years. Thanks!

Some friends and I stayed at the Beach Trail Beauty for a long weekend, and were very impressed. The house was clean and modernized with all the kitchen-ware extras which made for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub and fire pit right outside create an awesome vacation atmosphere, and the beach couldn't be any closer. We also enjoyed being near some local cafes and tiki bars for a change of scenery, but we honestly didn't need to leave the house. Overall it was a perfect weekend at the Beach Trail Beauty.
