Beach-A-Holic is a beautiful waterfront townhouse located on Clearwater Beach. This three bedroom three bathroom unit accommodates 6 guests, has a view of the inter-coastal, and is just minutes from the beach. This condo has plenty of space for the whole family with a large living room and spacious kitchen with all the conveniences of home.
This 3/3 townhome is the definition of location, location, location. One of the best spots on Clearwater Beach. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough to not hear the beach excitement.
As you walk in, you go right up a beautiful set of stairs or take the private elevator from the garage. The second floor will have your main living space with a nice large kitchen with granite counters that flows to your dining area and large living room. Then let's head right out to your water front balcony. The second floor also has a bedroom with two double beds with a bathroom that connects to it and to the hall way.
The third floor has your very own washer and dryer, bedroom with two twin beds and large master suite with a bathroom that is almost as large! The roof has a terrace where you can see for miles. Please note, we do not leave furniture up there due to wind, but you are welcome to bring some up from the garage! Please do bring down after use.
The pool is seasonally heated.

We were very happy with the accommodations. Our family of five had plenty of room and the location was excellent to everything we needed. The beach and restaurants / shopping were all within walking distance.

Very nice place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Easy to enter and exit. Walking distance to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The bedrooms were spacious, especially the master bedroom. We enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing dolphins a couple of times! We would stay here again !

This vacation rental home was perfect. Having the end unit was very nice and it came with all the accommodations we could need but weren’t expecting! The view of the bay was beautiful from the balcony and pool. The walk to the beach was a quick 5/6 minutes and very easy. It is clean top to bottom and the rental company was the best I have ever worked with. They were attentive and helped with any questions I had. I would definitely rent here again, loved it!

We were so impressed with this townhouse! It was much more than we even expected, and it was spotless. We were only there for a few days and wishing we could stay longer! We are already planning a longer stay for next year. Thank you to the property manager and owners for allowing us to stay at this beautiful property.. we loved our time there and can’t wait to return!!

The condo was very clean, beautiful and homey. It was only a 3 minute walk to beautiful Clearwater Beach. The condo is in the perfect centralized location within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and stores.

This place is within 2.5 blocks of the gulf beaches and restaurants and has a very nice view of the intercoastal waterway. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The place is four levels with an elevator that reaches all of them. The kitchen was well equipt and has a large area for every one to gather for meals. The master bedroom is very large with a great attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms have comfortable beds enjoyed by all our guests. The balcony with it intercoastal water view is very nice - we even saw four dolphins swimming in it one day.

Awesome townhouse on the water, only mins away from the beach and shops. Very clean with full amenities.
The rental property was very clean and well maintained. We fully enjoyed our stay with our family of six. Will definitely repeat for the next vacation.
