BeachhouseFL.com has been assisting clients find vacation rentals since 1999 when we started with our first little home on North Clearwater Beach.

Today we offer a variety of vacation rentals either owned by ourthis family owned vacation rentals company or vacation rentals owned by friends of ours.

The vacation rentals are all clean, comfortable and well appointed. Some are extremely exclusive with incredible features and others are vaction rentals to accomodate more modest budgets. However, every vacation rental we offer is someplace we are proud to put our name on.

Do you rent less than a full week?
Yes, we will rent some of the vacation beach house for less than a week except during high season. In fact, we will rent vacation beach house for as few as 4 nights for vacation rentals which have the appropriate permissions licenses. If you are using a house that permits events and you are entertaining, additional rules may apply, it must be disclosed and we are happy to assist you with the arrangements so that we do not break any local and state laws about occupancy, parking, noise and litter.
Can we pay by credit card for the balance & refundable damage deposit?
We do not hold houses without payment of the non-refundable down payment.

You may make this small first non-refundable payment via credit card so you do not have to wait for us to receive a check in the mail before you can make your other travel arrangements.

HOWEVER, FINAL PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. TYPICALLY THEY ARE MADE 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE AND ON A PERSONAL OR CORPORATE USA BANK CHECK.

You cannot pay balances with a credit card. The credit card company does not allow us to do so since we never touch your card and we never receive an actual original signature.

If you are out of the country, you may need to pay via bank wire 45 days in advance of stay for the the balance.
