HOWEVER, FINAL PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. TYPICALLY THEY ARE MADE 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE AND ON A PERSONAL OR CORPORATE USA BANK CHECK.

You cannot pay balances with a credit card. The credit card company does not allow us to do so since we never touch your card and we never receive an actual original signature.

If you are out of the country, you may need to pay via bank wire 45 days in advance of stay for the the balance.

This spacious luxury villa rental includes five bedrooms and four full baths. It sleeps 12 people in luxury and comfort. King in master, King in second master, Queen in third room, Day Bed in fourth room and Sleeper sofa in fifth bedroom.

The spacious living room comes with a family room and a large dining area. The family room offers comfortable seating for entertaining and watching television on the large screen.
Marble and granite bathrooms throughout the two story house offer comfort and style. The house has big screen TVs in most rooms and features a private game room with pool table, foosball table, electronic pacman, official Cougar dart board, and more big screen TVs in the bottom floor.

Patio doors open onto a relaxing terrace, furnished with hammock and lounge chairs overlooking the beach, the ideal spot for reading a book and sharing a bottle of wine at sunset. The outside area has a BBQ grill, large entertaining deck, outdoor hammock and a beautiful view of the beach.
