3 Night Minimum. Based on Occupancy of 12 Persons.
Weekend Rate Covers Friday & Saturday & Sunday Nights.
Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice.

In addition to rent, the only other fee is the booking/cleaning fee and tax. Hot tub rental may be an additional charge.

Holiday weeks may be and are typically higher than the regular rate.

There is vacation rental beach house a booking/cleaning fee non-refundable reservation fee that must be paid to reserve the property. Please be sure of your plans as this is non-refundable.

We book weekends or daily only if the house is not booked 8 days in advance. Please do not try to book stays shorter than 6 nights unless you are booking a week in advance ONLY.

Hurricane policy for Vacation Rental Beach House - Bay Esplande House: if your flights are cancelled or roads closed or an evacuation notice is issued, rent will be refunded at the discretion of management. Please see contract you can download from this site for specific details.

Policies
Deposit holds your reservation for this Clearwater Beach 5 bedroom, 3 bath plus loft pool home. It is applied toward your cleaning fee's.

Deposits
Non-refundable deposit to book house. Refundable $1000 damage deposit due and amount depends on the amount of people in home. This is refundable granted there are no damages done to the property or home.

Refunds
Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 45-30 days in advance 50% of the rental rate may be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 in advance of stay, we do not guarantee to return any portion. However, we do our best to rebook the property. If we are able to do so, we refund at that rate.
