Can the property managers rent vacation homes to guests for less than a full week?
Yes, our Clearwater Beach area property management company offers some vacation beach rental homes that can be rented for less than a week except during high season. In fact, our Florida property managers will rent vacation beach house for as few as 4 nights
for vacation rentals which have the appropriate permissions licenses. If you are using a holiday house that permits events and you are entertaining, additional rules may apply, it must be disclosed and our Clearwater property managers are happy to assist
you with the arrangements so that our vacation rental homes do not break any local and state laws about occupancy, parking, noise and litter.

Can we pay by credit card for the balance & refundable damage deposit?
The best property management companies do not hold houses without payment of the non-refundable down payment. This way a vacation rental home is not blocked before a serious renter is ready to commit. Once you are sure you want the vacation rental house, our
property managers accept your small first non-refundable payment via credit card so you do not have to wait for us to receive a check in the mail before you can make your other travel arrangements. We unfortunately cannot accept credit cards for balances.

Do the property managers mind if we bring pets?
Most of the vacation rental homes are not pet friendly but a few will accept small, non-shedding dogs. The best vacation property managers help guests select vacation beach homes that are pet friendly. Please ask our property managers which homes will accept
a pet. Animals are never allowed in swimming pools. Typically there is an additional cleaning fee and/or security damage deposit. If you are bringing a a pet, you must let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Are you child friendly?
We cater to families and welcome children. Please make sure you ask us what equipment is included at each home so that we can help make your trip as easy as possible. Many of the home have portable cribs, highchairs, baby gates, child safety pool fences, baby
monitors, wagons and even strollers to use around the beach area.

Do you provide linens?
All vacation rental homes offered by our property management company include linens which are used inside the property. Bedding, bath towels and kitchen towels are always included. However, items which are taken off the property like beach towels and beach
chairs are not included at many of the beach rentals because it is so difficult to keep up with these items which are often left accidently at the beach. So if you have a favorite beach towel, bring it with you. If portable beach chairs are left by guests
at the houses and are in good shape, our cleaning staff typically will leave them for the next guests. If not, every drugstore and grocery sells inexpensive beach items. If you end up purchasing these items and choose to leave them behind, the next guests
will likely appreciate them.
