  The location was fantastic. We were very close to the beach and could walk to a few restaurants (Guppy's was fantastic). The grocery store was a short drive from the house. We had no issues with neighbors or noise. We loved the house. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were a few burned out light bulbs in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom, but other than that it was clean and very well maintined. The house is very updated with granite and large showers. There was plenty of room for 9 women. The outside decks were fantastic and we even enjoyed the horseshoe pit while we grilled out. I would highly recommend this property.

  Fabulous kitchen for cooking and chatting together with family. Lovely opportunites for sunset walks along the beach. This would have been a perfect rental stay if the kitchen drawers and cabinets were not a mess, if there were tissues and hair dryers in each bathroom, if there were bath mats,and if the garage door keypad was available. Alan was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

  Our family spent Christmas 2012 at this lovely home in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. We had four adult couples and had plenty of room for everyone. This house is lovely and well equipped.

  Awesome property steps away from a very nice beach. Tons of restaurants around, Publix is 5 mins away, Bush Gardens is about 40 mins away, very nice French cafe right around the corner. It's hard to imagine any better than this (I've been going to Florida twice a year for many years).

  We picked this property based on the previous reviews. I had to admit that this is a beautiful place on the beach. Alan was very helpful during the reservation process and checkin and out. We had a minor problem with the water flow in the bathrooms but as soon as we called Alan, it was taken care of in an hour. I highly recommend this place.

  "Everything (the house and experience) was perfect. Nothing could have been done to make it better than what it was and we were very satisfied. I already have recommended to friends and family. Most importantly we did not have to contact anyone from the company during our stay as they had already done their job.   Overall the Mermaid experiance was wonderful. We would definitely come back here. Great location. Seven adults and everyone had their own space. Property Manager, Alan, was very accomodating. The only minor issue we had was that there were not enough cleaning supplies. No Windex to clean the glass dining room table, only 2 dishwasher tablets for the entire week and a minimal supply of trash bags. Other than that we had absolutely no complaints.

  We traveled with 8 adults, a toddler and a baby and this place was perfect for our needs. It's spacious and we never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked so eating in was easy. We loved how close it was to the beach and it was an easy ride to Brighthouse stadium.

  My family and I had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and functional. They had an ample supply of beach toys, towels and chairs. Staff very helpful. I'd only add more hand towels, kitchen towels and wash cloths. Overall great vacay!
