  We stayed at the Belle Maison for 12 nights. We had chosen this property primarily for its location right on the beach which was fabulous. There were also several good restaurants/bars which were within walking distance. The pool area of the house is wonderful with an outside kitchen and barbecue. The first floor balcony is a great place to sit and watch the sunset. All in all, a great beach location.

  This was our second year renting Belle Maison and the house is outstanding. Very high end appointments, terrific kitchen and great location. This year the owner added a new outdoor kitchen that is very nice. You cant go wrong with Belle Maison.

  The house was perfect for my son's wedding on the beach directly in front of the house. The pictures on the second floor balcony and the spiral staircase were beautiful. The new grill was awesome and put to good use for almost every meal. The kitchen had everything we needed. A great place to both get ready for the ceremony and celebrate afterward!

  This home it amazing. Absolutely a complete pleasure to stay in. The amount of space and leisure areas is perfect for a large group - not everyone is forced to hang out in the same area. We would have people all on one level, but be in 4 different areas visiting (the kitchen, living room, dining room, and theatre room). The views from the home cannot be beat. You have direct beach access from the front of the home or through the public beach access right out the front door. The accommodations were great and the beds VERY comfortable. Everything in the home was extremely clean. The only minor issue we had was with getting the TV in the theatre room to connect to cable and the portable BOSE ipod dock that's provided at the house wouldn't work. Yeah, I know - it could be A LOT worse :) Overall our wedding was unforgettable with this home as the perfect backdrop and comfortably held 50 people. My friends and family were blown away by the home and we've been talking about returning just to spend more time together. You won't be disappointed. Not to mention the management does great job of working with you to fit your rental request the best they can for that property. I never thought I would have found such a beautiful home that would allow a wedding. Thank you Alan and BeachHouseFL!

  We've stayed at several homes with and they're always great to rent with and very professional. Our stay included two families with 4 children from 4 to 11 years old.
  
  Belle Maison is our favorite home to date. The location is perfect. You can walk to numerous bars and restaurants. You're right on the beach with incredible views from every floor. While it is a public beach with access next door, it's still very private and noise and traffic was never an issue.
  
  The home itself is in great condition with high-end finishes throughout. It feels like a home rather than a rental that has had a lot of guests. It's an absolutely beautiful home that I'd highly recommend. We look forward to staying at Belle Maison again.

  Huge, spacious, modern house in a great location. The whole family was impressed. Although it is next to a public beach access point, we never felt crowded at the beach. During our stay the pump for the pool broke, but it did not interfere with our use of the pool and was handled in a timely fashion by property management. I would agree with other reviewers that the washer and dryer need to be upgraded as they seem out of place in a house in this price range. The only negative was ongoing construction at the house next door. Starting at 7:30 a.m. and continuing most of the day, all you would hear is beep...beep...beep everytime the boom lift would move in the slightest. Pretty annoying. Overall, we loved it and cannot wait to go back! Would definitely recommend.

  This property is by far the nicest property we have found in the Clearwater area. The house is modern, spacious, well maintained and has many amenities. The location is also wonderful as several restaurants are within walking distance from the house with easy driving access to other restaurants,groceries and Clearwater. While next to a public access point we never fealt uncomfortable or crowded on the beach. The house and its location are wonderful. If I had to say something constructively, I would say that the washer and dryer are quite small and the range on the internet could be expanded to cover more of the house. Overall this is a great house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  We brought our family together to celebrate my parent's 65th wedding anniversary. The Belle Maison was the perfect place for us. The location gave everyone endless opportunities to relax or play. From morning yoga on the pool deck, cooking together in the gourmet kitchen, to sunset walks on the beach. It was a week to remember!

  We had a great time at Belle Maison. The home had more space then we needed (2 adults 5 kids). The home was equipped with everything that one would need to cook, clean, entertain, ect. The home is located in a good quiet area. It is about a 10 minute drive to Pier 60 (Clearwater Beach). The home was very clean and well taken care of. The only advice I have for the owners is to update the washer and dryer. The washer and dryer worked fine but a house like that should have the latest front loading washer and dryer. We will be back!

  We had the most fabulous family vacation staying at Belle Maison. The house was gorgeous and exceeded our high expectations! You can't beat the location with not only a beautiful pool, but also the beach in your backyard! I was a little worried about staying in such a nice home with a lot of little children, but it was incredibly family friendly! When the kids were not
  Swimming or playing in the sand, they were happy to watch movies and play Xbox in the rec room right inside from the patio! Chris was very helpful and made our booking a breeze! Alan was also great and was able to address any concerns we had right away! We were very happy with the entire experience with and we hope to return in the near future for another great get-away!

  This home was great for our large, multi- family vacation. Nicely appointed and convenient. We typically go to the SeaSide area, but this will go on our list to revisit. Although it is right beside public beach access, we didn't feel we were completely on display and that is good. Most everything one could need is within walking distance. AGain, we're considering going back and maybe having a wedding there.
