For the past 3 years I have gone on a "girls only" trip. Previously have rented a condo and this was our first experience with a house rental. It was a very good experience for us. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen item you could possibly need. The only complant is that the cupboards are so full that there isnt anywhere to put your grocery staples. We really appreciated the gas grill to use, which saved us money to spend somewhere else. We spent alot of time out by the pool and each night in the hot tub. The only complaint that we had was that the pool was heated but to 82 degrees, which was a little cool feeling espically with the temperatures in the low 80"s. The beach was a short 3 1/2 blocks away to walk. Would have been nice to have had a cart or wagon to assist us to the beach. The area where the house is located is quiet and off a busy street. The house on the back side had a spotlight that was on 24/7 which lite up 2 of the 3 bedrooms which made it difficult for the others to sleep. Just a word of advise if you want to use the hot tub, make sure you know the time the sprinkler system goes on. Overall, I would reccomend this rental property to couples, familes or girls' getaways.

Awesome little place. The only thing that I wish I had was some mosquito repellent from hangin out by the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were very comfortable. It has a great location and very relaxing back yard. The only bad thing was the pool was COLD. The day we left the owner had a heater installed for the pool. We were sorry we had to leave. We would certainly rent this property location on our next trip! Highly recommend this location!!!
