  We rented this unit at the last minute after having great difficulty finding something in Clearwater, on the beach. It was VERY economical, particularly for it's proximity to the beach. We are SO GLAD that we were directed to Anna Maria Island and this property because we loved it! We have stayed in many places that are 'on the beach', but this, by far was the closest we have ever been with no long walkway or 'bridge' to get you to the beach. The owners were so generous with their pool/sand toys, and chairs, which made the stay even better. Anna Maria Island is quiet and beautiful and we will definitely return to this beach and this property. We had to go to Clearwater for one night and the beach was small, too overcrowded, and dirty...not fun at all. Overall, our whole family(parents, 17 year old boy, 15 year old girl, 5 year old boy) would give this property a 5!

  My family had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is amazing...a two-minute walk to the water. We stayed in unit 4, which is pretty updated inside and has a nice view from the balcony. We would sit there and listen to the waves... sooo peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful view from the rooftop. We have two little children, and they absolutely loved the whole experience! The environment is clean and safe for kids all ages. Nice pool, covered parking, and there is a Publix and CVS minutes away. The beach house is in the perfect spot, right outside of the hustle and bustle of traffic, yet minutes away from Publix, CVS, restaurants. If you're looking for relaxation, this is the place to stay, and at a good price. We highly recommend.

  We enjoyed our stay very much and are very likely to return. Great service! Anytime that we needed help from Don he was very friendly and was quick to help. The condo was great! The location was very good. We enjoyed the deck on top of the condos and the pool also! Probably the best place be and my family have stayed on the beach.

  Close to the beach; shopping; eateries; yet outa the way from all the congestion of traffic.
  Linens could stand to be replentished/ had to add some kitchen utensils (easy finds at garage sales)

  The condo was great. Clean and roomy. Great location to the beach and shopping. It is in a quiet location and we had everything we needed. We are already planning on booking our next getaway at the Beach Place!

  You can not beat this location... you will be a 1 minute walk to the sand with NO street to cross.
  A 10 minute walk up the beach to Cafe on the Beach for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, frozen drinks or beer!!! All this right on the sand.
  A 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive to grocery store, beach store, drug store, restaurants and bars. 10 minute drive to Wal-Mart.
  
  You will get your own slice of heaven as this beach was not crowded AT ALL.
  Clean sand.. clear water.
  
  Condo shows its age but has some upgrades as well... berber carpet and ceramic tile are in great shape. No sleeper sofa so be prepared to sleep on the air mattress if you bring more than 4 people.

  This was a nice get a way. The unit was clean and well kept. The kitchen was very large. We had a great time.

  The location was great so close to the beach and not to crowded. Also close to stores for that is needed for the weeked. Had a wonderful weekend, hope they get other shower fixed and then it would be perfect.
