Heavenly View Clearwater Beach rental condo with FABULOUS WATER VIEWS from living room and master suite is located on the south end of Clearwater Beach - in the heart of the action on a quiet street half a block from the sand. Newly built and furnished Clearwater Beach rental, with a large elevator. Huge heated pool is surprisingly quiet and typically not used by guests. The vacation beach rental condo building has 19 units, however many are unoccupied. This luxury property is one of our high end but affordable units and books up early. We do have last minute special price cuts on cancellations. Please check our official calendar on this site for real time availability and to hold the house online. Online bookings do get preference and there is no obligation to holding any of our houses online. Lowest prices in Sept., Jan., Oct., and Nov. Sleeps 6 in the three bedroom, three bathroom layout. Condo has BR 1 - 1 King BR 2 - 1 Queen BR 3 - 2 Twins. New construction with granite countertops and gorgeous extras, the comment we hear most often is, "it's so much nicer than we expected!" Drink coffee on your private balcony and watch wild dolphins swiming behind the Clearwater Beach rental condo. We have a large population of wild dolphins that live and breed here year-round. You will see them daily if you watch the waters behind the beach rental, especially in the morning and evening. Just south of famous Pier 60. This Clearwater Beach rental condo is out of the crowds but close enough to have fun and then retreat back into peaceful quiet. Near the heart of the action but on a quiet street, near many great resturants and stores. Visit the Pier 60 area at sunset daily for sunset festivals with jugglers and fire eaters at the Pier each night. A giant covered free park for kids next to the Pier. The Clearwater Marina is across the street from the Pier where you rent jet skiies, take fishing trips and ride the pirate ship. Dolphin sighting trips run daily as this is area is home to hundreds of wild dolphins. All 7 of us thoroughly enjoyed this rental. it was clean, well laid out and equipped with everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. loved the large balcony and enjoyed the warmth of the pool. Everyone slept well and no complaints about the beds. the only thing I could complain about is that the two bedrooms facing the street side could use darkening blinds, as the outside hall lighting at night is very bright. other than that, everything was great. we even got to see dolphins that came right up to the dock....one of the many highlights of our trip. thanks again to Tyler and all the staff. this is our second year renting and have never encountered any problems.

Overall it was an excellent rental. Kitchen equipment is very limited if you truly want to cook a meal. There is no grill/BBque. There is no hot tub and the recreation room has very limited equipment - no treadmill.

Our family recently travelled to Florida for our brother's wedding. We stayed at Heavely View and it was absolutely...heavenly! The view was amazing, the location was prime and the property was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed. We were throughly impressed by the little extras, for example there were toiletries in all of the bathrooms including hair wraps for the ladies. Alan was wonderful, he was available when we needed him and checked on us during our stay. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property, we look forward to staying again in the future.

We did feel that the recliner needs to be repaired or replaced. We also had trouble with the door lock. I think the door may be out of alignment. WE had to replace the batteries twice and pull the door into the doorjam for the lock to activate. Overall it was great. Love the dophins and Manatee in the cove.

I highly recommend the property to families for the location and the size. As a family of 6 we had plenty of room. The property was clean and well appointed. The kitchen came stocked with everything we needed to cook. The ocean was across the street and sandy beach was a short walk (less than 2 blks). The kids enjoyed being able to walk to pier 60 and hang out. Every evening there were street shows and vendors for them to check out. We easily drove to the more secluded Indian Rocks beach (5 min)where we saw dolphins 100 feet from the shore. My only complaint has been echoed in another review and I think that the protperty owners should address it. The window treaments in the master and the back bedroom are not adequate. The stairway light shines DIRECTLY into the back bedroom with the shades pulled so brightly that we had to hang a bed cover over it every night to decrease the light. In the master, there is only a sheer which results in bright morning sunshine at 6 am. I want the option of sleeping in on vacation. Overall it was a great deal and we will return again.

The condo was fantastic. Everything worked. There was always hot water and there were 6 of us taking showers. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. I loved the location. We were walking distance from most everything we needed. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive. It was a beautiful place. My only complaint is the fitness center was one stationary bike and one tread mill. I was hoping for a little more.

The place was fabulous. Nice new kitchen and rooms overall. Only problem was that the light from the hall way shines in terribly into the two front bedrooms, making it very difficult to sleep. Just need some heavy drapery.
The condo has an excellent location and is beautiful 3 bedroom place. Wonderful view off the back deck into the channel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Hi folks,
We stayed at Clearwater Beach at the "Heavenly View Ocean Condos" in number 305, and the stay exceeded our expectations. The view at the back of the condo was beautiful. We often had coffee an watched the pelicans fishing and we saw dolfins jumping and dancing there a couple of times too. We loved the location in relation to the water; it really was close enough to the big sandy beach, but far enough away from noise and hustle of tourists. The atmosphere and privacy afforded by the layout of the condo really suited us well as we had our daughter and her grandmother with us on this vacation. The quick response by customer service and the owner when we had questions made us feel quite at home too.
We drove along the coast and spent time in John's Pass and we also liked Dunedin. One evening we even got to a hockey game in the forum in Tampa where we were part of a huge crowd of Canadians cheering on the Habs in a game against the Bolts. It was quite an event and we felt very welcome.
It was our first time renting a private condo on the internet and we initially had concerns that made us cautious and careful to check things out with the Better Business Bureau before we committed to an agreement. We were very safe and any worries we had initially, were unfounded.
We enjoyed our stay and will likely book again next year.
The one thing we would suggest is that recycling be a part of the stay for visitors. We recycle our bottles, plastics and paper at home and were shocked that none of that was done in Clearwater. We hated the idea of adding to the landfill in such a beautiful place.
