This Florida beach rental house is one of the very few Florida beach rentals that can accommodate large parties, including family reunions. With 10 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 buildings, a private court yard and just 150 steps to the sand, this fun Florida beach rental can affordably host large groups. Somerset is a great beach wedding rental house, for small quiet weddings of parties of 40 or less.

From groups of 12 to 28 people, this fun Florida vacation beach rental is affordable and comfortable. Somerset is great for the family reunions, weddings and corporate retreats. This two building rental beach house was designed for casual gatherings. The Gulf is steps from the front door and spectacular sunsets over Florida's #1 beach – Clearwater Beach. Just a short walk away to Pier 60 or ride the trolley through our Pinellas County Beaches. Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, is kid central with fun activities for adults and children.

A maximum of 40 people can gather at once on the grounds. This 10-bedroom beach property is divided into two buildings. The front beach house has seven bedrooms, including two adjacent bedrooms and four bathrooms. The back beach house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In between the front and back house is a spacious courtyard featuring an oversized spa/splash pool.

The front beach has a contemporary feel with bright sherbet colors, while the back house offers a Tommy Bahama feel. The front and back beach homes each have it’s own full kitchen, dining room and family room. A connecting courtyard provides a unifying theme of privacy, relaxation and comfort. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, perfect setting for a family hangout. The courtyard also comes with a 2,200 gallon spa that functions like a pool. Kids love the giant spa/splash pool to play and adults love it to relax at night. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and it’s available all around Clearwater Beach to Johns Pass.

The Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens/Adventure Island are a short drive away. You can fly into the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport as well, it often offers discounted flights from smaller airlines. The Orlando International Airport, Disney area parks, Sea World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove are all a 90 minute drive. Winter, the dolphin from the movie "A Dolphin Tale" is at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium which is a 20 minute drive from the house

Gatherings are permitted at this Clearwater beach rental by BeachHouseFL.com but excessive noise after 10 pm is not allowed as it is located in a residential neighborhood. Please plan accordingly. Famous for its sugar white sands, the beach in Clearwater FL stretches for several miles. This adorable 10 bedroom property has access to a quiet deserted area of the beach. You can also walk up the beach a short distance and be in the heart of the action. Use both the front and rear buildings for bigger groups or just one of the two for smaller parties. Our son and now daughter loved it. The house provided the perfect venue for their wedding w/ family & friends. All the young ones were together vs in hotel rooms. We were able to have a very intimate reception in the courtyard -- it was perfect!

Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 27 people, 5 different families and surprisingly found room to relax and separate when needed. Alan was on his honeymoon upon check-in but Paul, the maintenance man, served as his liaison and was very helpful. It did rain some days and for that I would say a rug at both doors inside the house would have come in handy as there were no cleaning tools other than a broom. Perhaps a mop or swifter type mop, that I purchased, would be nice to have. We loved the location and would definitely return to Somerset Street!

We rented the back house of the 2 house complex and had a great time. 2 - 3 person families fit into the space very well. The house was very nice and as advertised. The location was excellent. Everyone involved did a good kob getting back to us with any issues. It took a few tries to get the hot tub working at proper capacity. Its big and was a nice small pool for the kids on an overcast day when it was a little chilly for the beach. it does take quite awhile to get warm. if you want to use it as a hot tub not a warm tub, then get it set to standard not econ. On econ it's warmish but if its cool it isn't warm enough and if you want a real hot tub it will be a little chilly for you. all in all a very good vacation and very highly recommended.

We, our kids and grandchildren flew into Tampa from the UK and from Wisconsin to spend the Christmas week together, away from rain and snow. In previous years we had done this in a luxurious villa in Lanzarote, but it was only fair to our family living in the USA to spare them a transAtlantic flight this time. Driving to the property in our rented cars was easy, and the location, a few yards from a vast beach was excellent. There was no problem in allocating suitable rooms among the 16 of us, and the younger ones were delighted with the big jacuzzi in the courtyard between the two buildings, where we could also set up tables to eat together on a couple of sunny days. However this was no luxury villa, with the most up to date kitchen equipment, and boxes of games, and the indoor lighting was too dull for reading in most places, so we were not encouraged to spend our non meal times at the tragedy though - we had the beach, local attractions like the Aquarium, and not too far away Busch Gardens, the excellent MOSI museum and even a football game at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers! So a great time was had by all.

I was very pleased with the property. but I felt that the house description was a little deceiving. The description states that the house is 10 bedrooms and two of the bedrooms are family suites, when it is actually 8 bedrooms and two of them are family suites. We had one of our group cancel at the last minute and if the were to come the house would not have been big enough. Other than that the property was amazing. The hot tub sealed the deal for me. I actually am already planning another trip down to Clearwater and plan on staying at the Soerset property again next year. It ws an amazing house with plenty of ammenities. Very close to the beach and close to the main attractions but not to close. Pretty much everything is in walking distance. I absolutely loved this place and recomend it to any one with a large group going down.

Best guys weekened ever. The house was everything promised and more, much closer to the beach/nightlife than we expected. There is a grocery store, pub, and pizza place all located within 10 steps of the front door, but in no way does the house give you the feeling others are right on top of you. The deck area with the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Everything was clean and in working condition (though most likely less so upon our departure). All in all, if my friends and I ever happen to be back in the area, we'll be staying in the same spot.

location of the home was great, facility accomodated our entire party of 26, only problem we encountered was the lack of pots and pans to cook for such a big group. I would recommend this property as apparently the house is going to be upgraded in Sept. Property management was fantastic!!

I think "150 steps" to the beach is a little misleading. But still a walkable distance.

We were so happy with our stay at the Somerset beach house. It met our needs perfectly. My husband and I had siblings with families from both sides come together to enjoy the beach, get to know new family additions, and most of all enjoy the amazing Clearwater beach, Gulf sunsets and awesome water. The huge hot tub was an added bonus that was perfect after a swim in the ocean. The kitchens are well stocked with everything needed to feed a large crowd, including dishwashers to get it all clean again. We had ample parking for visitors and were happy to be towards the quieter end of the beach but still close to where the action is if we so chose to partake of Pier 60 activities
We hope to have another get together here in a few years! Best vacation we ever had.

We live in dismal, cold, sunless, Minnesota so we were ecstatic to be in Florida for 10 whole warm, sunny days! We arrived to Somerset House and was greeted by staff who kindly introduced us to the home and showed us how to operate things such ad hot tub, a/c, etc. During our stay 2 things malfunctioned with the properties mechanicals, the WiFi, and the key pad on the door. Both issues were PROMPTLY and politely fixed! The linens were very clean as were the towels, however the bathroom off of the kitchen could have used a little more attention. The furniture and fixtures of the property were all in nice shape. We loved the huge hot tub and the awesome location. Overall, the communication and experience far succeeded my expectations. Our family of 13 was reuniting for the first time in 18 years and I had to choose a location online from where I live in California to host our group. Alan was very helpful and professional in making sure I had the full layout and information I needed to make the decision to choose Somerset.

The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. Some of the beds were a little hard but we used the large jacuzzi to relax away the tension. The beach was a block away and less crowded than near Pier 60, which was nice.

We were able to just fit our group at the inside dining table, so if you have more than 12 or 13 people you will have to sit outside in order to allow enough room to eat together.

Overall it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to everyone at !

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful our stay was at Somerset Beach Rental on Clearwater Beach. We had a large family gathering and this place was perfect. We used both houses and enjoyed the common patio between the two houses. The awesome hottub was

I chose the beach house for my stay because I wanted all of my family and friends to be together. I was celebrating my wedding and had a big group of people coming in from Kansas. It was very convenient to have the separation of the two homes. Family stayed in the bigger home and friends stayed in the smaller home. Having two kitchens was definately a plus. The beach was walking distance which was awesome. Everything was clean and ready to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here agian!

EXTREMELY CLEAN RENTAL. When we arrived the oven, internet and the hottub were not working. This was an easy fix however as the internet was unplugged, the breaker was tripped and the open needed a repair. The property manager came over immediately and had it repaired. He was extremely attentive. The rental was very spacious, with an excellent location. The tvs in each bedroom were a plus. There is new a/c that keeps the place really cold and you can shut off the a/c during the day to conserve energy and it cools in minutes when you need it. There wasn't an ironing board and the lamps either had no outlets for them or no bulbs, but I would definitely stay here again. There was even a raccoon that visited the property. I have stayed at several rentals in Clearwater, and I would definitely recommend this. The place had no ants, bugs, or roaches. Every place we ever stayed did. It was newly painted and the process of making a rental was easy. The manager was on top of things, much better than anywhere I ever stayed.

The environment was very comfortable. The grills outside need a good, stiff cleaning. A couple of shower curtains need to be changed. The futons are a little firm but I slept on one for 4 nights and survived. Plenty of space and bathrooms. I would give the place a 7.5 rating but for 5-600 dollars it could be a 9 on a scale of 1-10. Not enough reading lamps in the bedrooms, the "pink room" could be toned down. But our family was very comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the incredible sunsets. We really enjoyed the two house setup. We would return and recommend the place to friends.

My family and I stayed at the Somerset Place for a week. We were 21 and had a very good time! The manager was very helpful and caring. It wasn't home, but almost!

I would recommend it to anyone with a big party.

The houses at Somerset were perfect for a beach vacation. We had about 26 people staying between the two houses. There was enough room for relaxing and cooking meals. The hot tub was broken during our stay, which was the only bummer we encountered. The house is well maintained and has plenty of outdoor space for having fun. I would love to go back and recommend anyone to stay there.

Our group of 19 fit very comfortably and had a great time. The house was clean and a very short walk to the beach. The hot tub (which could fit about 15) and outdoor patio area were our favorite places to hang out. Overall, it was a great house and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home that can accomodate a large group of people.

This house is great for big gatherings. There is plenty of room for people to gather and for kids to play.
There are two houses and baby monitors to us if you have little ones with you.
You may want to bring large pans and bowls if you are coming down and plan to cook large meals.
Each room has a theme and is very colorful.
We had a great time even tho the weather was not very warm.
