  We rented this location for my sister's bachelorette party and we had the best time. The beach is basically in the back yard & it's not too crowded (of course it was October though). The pool area was just okay, we didn't use it at all, very small and little sun, but why would we need to with the beach so close. The place is huge and beautiful, very reasonable price if you have enough people to split the costs.

  This property is the perfect spot for gathering the family and friends for a once a year getaway! Plenty of room and the porch is the perfect spot for coffee gathering in the morning and dinners in the evening to watch the sun set! Its location on the beach cant be beat and there are always beautiful shells washing up there.The beach is sugary white sand and just cant wait to get back next year!

  This was our first trip to this area and we were very pleased. Alan was very courteous and informative prior to our check in and was punctual in meeting us upon arrival. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The layout of the house was perfect for us as we had 3 families there. It gave everyone space and privacy. The porches were my favorite part of the house. We ate most our meals on the living room porch. The distance to the beach was perfect, as we had 2 small children and lots of stuff to carry each day. The beach was very nice, clean and not crowded. The splash pool was a hit, especially for my 3 year old granddaughter. I would definitely consider renting this villa again. Thanks.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, just steps from the beaches. There was also a trolley stop just outside the house on the main street if you want to take a ride into Clearwater without driving. Only complaint would be the pool size. You can tell it is small from the photos, so as long as you know what you are getting, it shouldn't be an issue. There is a nice outdoor living space on the second floor balcony with comfy furniture, a gas grill, and there is a nice view of the ocean from there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we got a wonderful price compared to some other properties we looked at.

  We had a nice visit at this location. The beach was awesome and the pool was perfect for our kids 2yrs and 7mth old. The parking is tight and the floors were dirty (black feet the whole time from day one and crumbs on the main floor's rug and I didn't feel like cleaning the floors besides they did not have a mop or vacuum) and there is some mold in the shower upstairs. But overall, if the cleaning was better, we would have given it 5 stars.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Isla Bonita! We had a few issues initially with the air conditioning and gas grill not working properly but they were addressed promptly by the management company. The house was reasonably well equipped and very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend it to others.

  We stayed at Isla Bonita during the week of March 19th. Consisting of seven adults and four children, our family was quite a mix for the house. We all loved it. My only concern was the ten-month-old around the steep stairs, but we had to keep a close watch on her anyway. The screen around the railing on the lovely porch was a godsend. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the home beautifully decorated. The floors needed a good mopping; otherwise, the home was spotless. The beach is convenient and the manager was most helpful before we arrived and available while we were there. Overall, we certainly would rent this home again.

  This was literally one of the best places to stay for spring break. It was me and my friends from school and we had an awesome time.   This place was very nice and well stocked with baby items. There are gates, monitor and high chair etc. The three levels are inconvenient for toddlers but allows separation for evening adult time. The location was beautiful but a bit further from clearwater than we were expecting. Also a bit of a drive to major attractions like Busch Gardens and Sea world. Overall fairly accessible, clean, near major grocery. Very nice house and pleasant vacation.

  Nothing to say but PERFECT. We were staying at the ISLA BONITA =5adults and 4children. The property was HUGE and had PLENTY of room for everybody. Has a problem with the garbage diposal and they came to fix it right away. We were right on the beach. Honestly, this is the best vacation we have had in a long time. The property brings everyone together, but is big enough to give you some alone time. Beautiful balconies, extremely clean and very high end. I would recommend to anybody.

  We had a wonderful trip, the house was beautiful! Didn't have to "share" our spot on the beach, traveled with 7 children and it was a perfect location. Very few things to complain about, Only suggestion would be that we did have trouble finding trash dates, found intructions on trash but no dates or a working vaccum cleaner.

  Great location / Great House. So in writing my review I tried very hard to give some consturctive feedback, however the bottom line is this place was great. I would love to stay again. I guess the only thing I would say that could be better is the cleaning fee was a little high, espically since we left the place in the same condition as we came.

  This is an ideal vacation getaway home! The house and decor was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable! My family loved it! Would stay here again and again in the future! Even the beds were luxurious with lenin sheets! No expense was spared and this house offers averything and anything you may need! The only downfall to the stay was the earky check out time of 10am. A little unrealistic in my opinion.... but other than that the stay was ideal and highly recommended!

  You're always taking a chance when you book on line and see pictures as opposed to getting first hand opinions. In this instance, we couldn't off been more suprised. Outside of the small pool, which served its purpose for the kids, the property was exceeptional, Rick and the rest of the property mnagemetn team were extremely helpful and very accessesible. I intend to go back within the next 12 months. Overall I was delidgted the property and vacation.

  The house was perfect for our family retreat. If you have toddlers bring gates for the staircases. The place is very secure which is great, but the manager should be sure that all codes and garage door openers are available before check-in. This unit was clean and neat, but it needs garbage cans. We had a great time and would like to return.
