• Do you rent less than a full week?
  Yes, we will rent the vacation beach house for less than a week except during the months of March and April. In fact, we will rent you the vacation beach house for as few as 4 nights, however, beach houses rentals of less than 7 nights pay a $750 cleaning fee and an additional $2989 if you are using the property for an event. If you are using the house for an event, additional rules apply, it must be disclosed and we are happy to assist you with the arrangements so that we do not break any local and state laws about occupancy, parking, noise and litter.

• Can we pay by credit card for the balance & refundable damage deposit?
  We do not hold houses without payment of the non-refundable down payment.
  
  You may make this small first non-refundable payment via credit card so you do not have to wait for us to receive a check in the mail before you can make your other travel arrangements.
  
  HOWEVER, FINAL PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. TYPICALLY THEY ARE MADE 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE AND ON A PERSONAL OR CORPORATE USA BANK CHECK.
  
  You cannot pay balances with a credit card. The credit card company does not allow us to do so since we never touch your card and we never receive an actual original signature.
  
  If you are out of the country, you may need to pay via bank wire 45 days in advance of stay for the the balance.
