We do not hold houses without payment of the non-refundable downpayment.

You may make this small first non-refundable payment via credit card so you do not have to wait for us to receive a check in the mail before you can make your other travel arrangements.

HOWEVER, FINAL PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. TYPICALLY THEY ARE MADE 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE AND ON A PERSONAL OR CORPORATE USA BANK CHECK.

You cannot pay balances with a credit card. The credit card company does not allow us to do so since we never touch your card and we never receive an actual original signature.

If you are out of the country, you may need to pay via bank wire 45 days in advance of stay for the the balance.

This luxurious 5,500 sq foot home is directly on the beach, a short drive all the action, shops and restaurants.

With a heated pool and surrounding area guests can gather around the pool or directly in front of the townhouse. With a huge full kitchen, pool table and game room, a gas grill, and plenty of room for everyone the house also has wireless high speed internet. In just south of Clearwater, this huge sandy beach front house is minutes from Clearwater, Dunedin and Tampa. The best airports are Tampa International (25 mintues) or Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport (20 mintues). The house is a 30 minute drive to Busch Gardens and a 90 minute drive to the Disney, Universal, MGM, Epicot and Sea World theme parks.
