Frequently Asked Questions: Can we pay by credit card for the balance & refundable damage deposit? We do not hold houses without payment of the non-refundable down payment. You may make this small first non-refundable payment via credit card so you do not have to wait for us to receive a check in the mail before you can make your other travel arrangements. HOWEVER, FINAL PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. TYPICALLY THEY ARE MADE 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE AND ON A PERSONAL OR CORPORATE USA BANK CHECK. You cannot pay balances with a credit card. The credit card company does not allow us to do so since we never touch your card and we never receive an actual original signature. If you are out of the country, you may need to pay via bank wire 45 days in advance of stay for the the balance.

The location of the holiday beach house is a more secluded area of the beach just south of all the action - click here for map. Either play on the private part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60 festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts.

The trolley stops in front of the beach rental house. The beach rental house has room to park 2 or 3 cars.

All of the comforts of house and more. Free high speed internet cable modem and DVD player-bring your laptop if you want to keep in touch. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. 30 minute drive from Busch Gardens.

Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure all just 1.5 hours.
