• download the contract and fill it out completely
• mail the signed, completed contract and a $300 personal check to the owner's address listed on the contract (this check will be non-refundable if your contract is accepted. it will be returned back to you if the contract is not accepted.
• send an e-mail to reservations@beachhousefl.com to let us know that you are sending a reservation check-include the house address and the week you are booking
