Frequently Asked Questions: Do you rent less than a full week? Yes, we will rent the vacation beach house for less than a week except during the months of March and April. In fact, we will rent you the vacation beach house for as few as 4 nights. This home cannot be used for parties or gatherings of group larger than the 15 people using the home for lodging due to occupancy regulations. Can we pay by credit card for the balance & refundable damage deposit? We do not hold houses without payment of the non-refundable down payment. You may make this small first non-refundable payment via credit card so you do not have to wait for us to receive a check in the mail before you can make your other travel arrangements. HOWEVER, FINAL PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. TYPICALLY THEY ARE MADE 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE AND ON A PERSONAL OR CORPORATE USA BANK CHECK. You cannot pay balances with a credit card. The credit card company does not allow us to do so since we never touch your card and we never receive an actual original signature. If you are out of the country, you may need to pay via bank wire 45 days in advance of stay for the the balance.

The location of the holiday beach house is a more secluded area of the beach just north of all the action - click here for map. Either play on the private part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60 festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts.

With 5 bedrooms, each with new queen beds, and 3 twin beds in the loft, the beach rental house can sleep 15 if you use the pull out sofa.

Private (not shared) heated pool is at the main house - 26 Cambria Street, Clearwater Beach, FL. Public pool is a short walk-great slides and fun for kids. Brand new public tennis courts are walking distance. The house also now features a private hot tub.

The trolley stops in front of the beach rental house. The beach rental house has room to park 2 or 3 cars.

Completely baby equipped. From pack n plays to strollers to plug covers to safety gates-"WE Totally GET IT", moms! From baby fencing around the pool to chairs at the top of the doors, we have tried to make your vacation relaxing. We have high chairs and TVs, DVDs players. We even have baby monitors. Ask us for anything that will make your stay easier and more comfortable.

Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure all just 1.5 hours.

Near Frenchy's Rockaway and Bobby's Bistro.

All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the vacation beach house. The back part of the house was an apartment and we made a big bedroom out of the living room. Casual and gourmet restaurants, live music and near the most desirable part of Clearwater beach. Pier, terrific park for kids all very near by. Rates are as posted, exceptions are holiday weeks and are typically 20% more than regular rate at that time.
