You may make this small first non-refundable payment via credit card so you do not have to wait for us to receive a check in the mail before you can make your other travel arrangements. HOWEVER, FINAL PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. TYPICALLY THEY ARE MADE 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE AND ON A PERSONAL OR CORPORATE USA BANK CHECK. You cannot pay balances with a credit card. The credit card company does not allow us to do so since we never touch your card and we never receive an actual original signature. If you are out of the country, you may need to pay via bank wire 45 days in advance of stay for the the balance.

The location of the holiday beach villa is a more secluded area of the beach just south of all the action. Either play on the private part of the beach by the villa, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60 festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts.

With 2 bedrooms, each with new queen beds, and a day bed with 2 twin beds.

Public pool is a short walk-great slides and fun for kids. Brand new public tennis courts are walking distance. For modest sunbathers, the back yard is secluded and private so you can disrobe without worry of onlookers.

The trolley stops in front of the beach rental villa. The beach rental villa has room to park 2 or 3 cars.

Bring your boat-we are very near the public boat ramp.

All of the comforts of villa and more.. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. 30 minute drive from Busch Gardens.

Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure all just 1.5 hours.

Near Frenchy's Rockaway and Bobby's Bistro.

All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the vacation beach villa. The back part of the villa was an apartment and we made a big bedroom out of the living room. Casual and gourmet restaurants, live music and near the most desirable part of Clearwater beach. Pier, terrific park for kids all very near by. Rates are as posted, exceptions are holiday weeks and are typically 20% more than regular rate at that time.
