Frequently Asked Questions: Do you rent less than a full week? Yes, we will rent the vacation beach house for less than a week except during the months of March and April. In fact, we will rent you the vacation beach house for as few as 4 nights. This home cannot be used for parties or gatherings of group larger than the 15 people using the home for lodging due to occupancy regulations. Can we pay by credit card for the balance & refundable damage deposit? We do not hold houses without payment of the non-refundable down payment. You may make this small first non-refundable payment via credit card so you do not have to wait for us to receive a check in the mail before you can make your other travel arrangements. HOWEVER, FINAL PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSITS CANNOT BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. TYPICALLY THEY ARE MADE 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE AND ON A PERSONAL OR CORPORATE USA BANK CHECK. You cannot pay balances with a credit card. The credit card company does not allow us to do so since we never touch your card and we never receive an actual original signature. If you are out of the country, you may need to pay via bank wire 45 days in advance of stay for the the balance.

This adorable three building complex was created for beautiful gatherings, small casual weddings and larger groups traveling together. Each builging offers privacy and separation but with the 3 cottages surrounding a huge lagoon style pool, the lush landscaping and intimate setting makes for a perfect vacation destination. The property has 3 houses that share a common gathering area and pool. Each house has its own kitchen, dining room and living room. Lantana Cabana, Bruce Ave and Guesthouse make up the beautiful Amore Escape. You may rent the properties separately or together to accomodate 20 guests comfortably.

Completely baby equipped. From pack n plays to strollers to plug covers to safety gates-"WE Totally GET IT", moms! From baby fencing around the pool to chairs at the top of the doors, we have tried to make your vacation relaxing. We have high chairs and TVs, DVDs players. We even have baby monitors. Ask us for anything that will make your stay easier and more comfortable.

Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure all just 1.5 hours.
